Cas Mestret is situated in the picturesque village of Biniali, providing an ideal base for touring the local wine region, walking or cycling in the Tramuntana mountains, or just relaxing.

This pretty villa has recently been renovated and retains much of it's Mallorcan character. The house is situated within a walled garden, providing privacy and seclusion whilst having the convenience of a village location.

Cas Mestret sleeps up to 6 people.

The Ground floor:

Fully equipped kitchen including an electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and blender.

The sitting room has satellite TV, free Wi-fi, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and log burner.

The spacious dining room also contains a log burner stove surrounded by 2 large sofas, with dining table and chairs for 6 people. The dining room leads onto the conservatory which overlooks the garden, pool, sun-loungers and terrace. There is also a downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and toilet.

The garden has a pool 8m x 4m, heated by solar panels. A covered terrace by the pool enables all year alfresco dining with an outdoor oven and BBQ. Please note the pool is not enclosed.

An outbuilding provides storage for bicycles, helmets and jackets.

Secure off road parking.

Upstairs:

The master bedroom has a King sized bed, with an en-suite bathroom including twin basins, free-standing bath, shower cubicle, toilet and bidet.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with a modern en-suite walk in shower,basin and toilet.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with walk in wardrobes. All bedrooms have full length mirrors and hairdryers.

Bed linen and towels included.

Cot, high-chair and changing table available.

Sorry, no pets or smoking within the property.

Great house, great location

We visited in February with some mixed weather so having such a big, well equipped house made the trip special. My boys loved the garden (especially the football goal) and Judith was very responsive for any questions I had.

Biniali is central so we got all around the island with ease 25 minutes from Palma airport, 30 mins from Alcudia on the other side of the island.

Peaceful place in small village

It is a nice house with a lot of space inside and outside for 6 person.

We spend most time out with the pool and the sitting area for eating and grill. The only thing witch isn’t so good is the bathrooms one is very big, one small and the last is on ground floor and room on first floor.

We like the small village, but you must shop in the nearest bigger village 5 km away.

A very nice spacious villa located in a quite small village. The living accommodation is especially good with a large outdoor living and BBQ area, all under cover overlooking the pool.

Wine bodegas, good cross section of restaurants and supermarkets are all within a short drive.

Judith was most helpful meeting us on the day we arrived handing over the house and showing us where everything was located.

If I have a negative it would be the parking, either entrances to the house are narrow with tight bends so the next time we go a Fiat 500 is probably the best bet. However parking in the village was easy and only a 75 m walk away.

We had a very relaxed and enjoyable holiday 26th Sep to 4th Oct, will go again.

Lovely property in quaint location

This property has large airy rooms throughout and while having modern facilities retains a Spanish feel. The bbq area and pool are great for a real getaway.

We also loved the small bars of Biniali and the friendly welcome we received. Definately a place to practice your spanish (but all attempts were appreciated)!

We had a warm welcome, It is a nice house in a small village but you don´t notice the village in the garden. The house and certainly the garden are much nicer then the pictures on the website. Great location, just perfect.
