This fantastic apartment has 2 large bedrooms one of which is en suite,i have just completely repainted the apartment and installed a new shower cubicle in the en suite the living room is enormous at 45ft long and has 15ft high windows,your booking includes free underground car parking, you will love it!

Whether looking for the luxury of a home from home for business travelers, a romantic getaway for two, or to make family memories we have the perfect city centre apartment for you. Accessed via an internal courtyard with a Japanese garden, or by elevator from the basement car park this apartment was created in 2004 from a Victorian warehouse. It boast a 45 foot long living area, with 15 foot high windows. City Serenity is a two double bedroom (one en-suite) apartment, although an additional single bed can be provided on request. It offers a wide range of amenities such as spectacular views, free WIFI connection, private underground parking, flat panel tv, and fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Our city centre location is the envy of hotels and B&Bs, with its luxury living, within easy walking distance to shops, theatres, bars and restaurants, museums and green spaces. This flat is fully equipped and waiting to welcome you to this historic city.Upon arrival you will be met by full time staff who will ensure you are comfortably settled in with a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries.

i love Glasgow,it is an amazing city, but due to work commitments i only return for holidays and to visit my family,

i hate staying in hotels, a room with a bed and always choose to stay in apartments, my own living room, kitchen and space, they matter to me.

i want you to enjoy my apartment, i have a full time management team who run 10 other apartments and they have an eye for detail and cleanliness, they will meet you and get you checked in and in the unlikely event something is to your dissatisfaction they will fix it.

Awesome Apartment in the Market District

This place has a lot of character - and is in a great spot! Very secure, very nice. Everything you need is nearby.

Drawbacks... hi-rise built between River Clyde view and this flat. They should update their pictures to show something other than the view you DON'T have.

Biggest Issue! - states free secure parking. The entrance to the underground parking area is extremely tight - and with the construction zone, it is impossible to access in a 4 door vehicle. I had to pay 100 quid to park at a long term parking down the block the whole time.

Great apartment in a good location

This was a really nice apartment in an excellent location for tourism and shopping. The building and the apartment itself are both very nice. It is very easy to get to Buchanan Street for shopping, and there are lots of restaurants around. We would stay at this apartment again if we visit Glasgow. David and the on-site staff were both a pleasure to work with, and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. A few minor things to keep in mind, not show-stoppers for us: the building across the street that all the windows face is under construction, and we were awakened at 7am every day except Sunday by construction noise; the main shower only has enough hot water for one short shower at a time; and the mattresses in both bedrooms are getting close to needing replacement. But, like I said, these were not show-stoppers for us and we would look into renting this same apartment if we are in Glasgow again.

Great location, huge flat, great city break!

Lots of communication with the property managers. Met us when we arrived and showed us to the flat. Explained everything and even where to go for drinks, dinner, etc.

Flat itself is enormous and very well appointed. Bathrooms are big, bedrooms also a good size. WiFi is also nice and fast. I have nearly no negatives... Nearly. There is considerable construction going on accross the street directly outsode the flat. They started with the diggers at 730 in the morning on a Saturday! Not really ideal, but I guess it got us up and going. Even if we knew this before arriving it wouldn't have changed our mind staying there. It looks like it will be going on for quite some time too.

Central location and spacious

Pluses: large rooms, great view if you ignore the construction site below, secure, downtown close to subway, shopping and restaurants, comfortable bed, some food in stock, washing machine- but no soap. Minuses: no coffee maker (press or filter); flat gets very hot on sunny days, lack of hot water (seems to be a common UK problem), noisy bars nearby and noisy gatherings on the riverfront (our windows were open because of the heat)

Spacious, clean and well-located apartment

Great apartment equipped with all the necessary basics plus some extras (including towels, toiletries, cooking utensils, tea, coffee etc. Only thing we couldn't find was a tea towel!). Milk, orange juice and cereals on arrival were a nice touch. Very central location but with bonus of a parking space. Loads of room for our toddler to run around and play. Would definitely book again next time we're in Glasgow.
