Our 1.5 BR Condo with boat slip allows the best access to the Laguna Madre, Record Setting Baffin Bay, and Land Cut. The condo is located on the furthest channel south of Corpus Christi and minutes away by boat from the King Ranch Shoreline. The community pool is a great place to unwind after a long day on the water.
One of the Laguna Madre’s most popular marina’s “Bluff’s Landing “is just around the corner and offers a boat ramp, on the water fuel, tackle, and bait. Right next door to Bluff’s Landing is a great restaurant called “Laguna Reef”. They have everything from Hamburgers to Seafood on their menu and also offer a full bar.
Our community offers a boat slip and fish cleaning station.

It's hard to find a condo/apartment to rent for short term. Many places require a lease agreement with a one year contract plus MANY upfront fees.....not here!
As my family and I moved from Alabama to Corpus Christi, we needed a place to stay until we knew for sure what part of the city our jobs were relocating us...and which schools....and time to house hunt. This accommodation was the perfect fit for us!
This condo is fully furnished and can accommodate to sleep up to seven. With a front and rear balcony, It is cozily nested on an inlet of the Laguna Madre and less than ten minutes from the public beach.
If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, Larkin is just a text or phone call away and is very quick to respond. You won't be disappointed!
We had an amazing experience here the house was perfect and clean. Had everything any one could have needed. The owners are friendly and easy to get a hold of for any reason. I would highly recommend this rental and I would definitely stay here again!!
