The bungalow is stunningly located in the Paphos countryside and very private. Here you can enjoy time away from the bustle of everyday life, reading by the large salt water pool, observing the depths of the Milky Way with a glass of wine or simply listening to the hoot of the scops owl. With Polis and Paphos just 20 minutes away, it is also ideal for the visitor who seeks time on the beach, bars and restaurants. A paradise for the golfer too, with Minthis Hills just ten minutes away.
The bungalow has three double bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. There is an additional toilet off the living area and an outdoor toilet and shower by the pool. There is ample space to relax, have a bbq, swim in the large pool and simply chill-out. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and an American style fridge/freezer with water/ice-crusher machine. The property has central heating and air-conditioning throughout, for use at no extra cost. Bath towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided.
Due to its secluded nature, the internet comes via a satellite dish and internet access is restricted to 2.1GB per three days. For heavier internet use, extra bandwidth can be purchased. The bungalow gets local TV channels and radio stations and there is a large selection of DVDs. There are USB sockets for one's own music, videos, etc.
Psathi is a small village of just under 100 inhabitants, where traditional Cyprus is rife! Villagers are warm and welcoming, an absolute breath of fresh air when coming up from the towns. Nestled into the Paphos hills, Psathi lies above the humidity line and enjoys a cooler climate in the hot summer months. The village is a short five minute drive east off the main Paphos-Polis road, turning off at Stroumpi village. Cedar Valley, Panayia and the Troodos Mountains are easily accessible.
