About the property

40ft x 12.5ft with twin bathrooms and full length double front patio doors.

The property is a ABI Milano built to residential specification BS3632, this upgrade allows for improved ventilation and insulation for starters.

It has two bedrooms with main en suite and a further bathroom with shower. A large fully equipped kitchen leads into an open-plan living room which has plenty of comfortable seating for watching either the views or your favourite programme on the 48" TV. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with reading lights on either side. An added bonus with this chalet is there's a vanity unit in the main bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds. There's plenty of storage space in either bedroom for clothes etc.

The front of the chalet has the FULL length and width double patio front doors for maximum views of landscape and mountains. Just outside these doors you will be standing on decking which extends the FULL 40ft x 3m length of the chalet and the front decking extends 12.5 ft x 4m, the BBQ, which uses wood/coal.

Unfortunately no pets allowed. Smoking only allowed OUTSIDE the chalet.

The Chalet itself is fantastic, it's clear David has not spared expense in fitting and furnishing

Spotlessly clean and comfortable with all amenities nearby.

We visited in what was one of the coldest winters for some time yet were still able to enjoy luxuriating in the hot tub with stunning views of the Cairngorms.

I would not hesitate to recommend this property and I'm planning a return visit.

Lovely property, very modern and new, set in beautiful surroundings.

Ideal as a base to visit the Cairngorms. The hot tub was lovely and ideal to watch the sun go down. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend to others!

Lovely well presented caravan in an amazing setting and owner was very helpful and friendly.

We had a great experience in this place, it has been refurbished to a very high standard and was brilliant to have the hot tub on the decking. Being able to use the bikes was a brilliant addition to our trip as there are so many beautiful areas to cycle around. Very close to Aviemore also. We adored this place and David the owner was always just a text or call away if we had any queries, we will be back for sure! The only areas I think that could be improved on would be to have better WiFi as it's very basic and also for the hot tub to be a little more private, maybe build up the fences on each side a little so you aren't in open view of the caravans next door. Nit-picking here though! Highly recommended this place!
