This duplex apartment has a surface of approximately 100 m² and a garden with a surface of 50 m² with a private swimming pool. There is a lift in the building (ground floor) and you can rent a private parking for 20 euros per day if you wish. The closest Metro station is Muntaner.

Modern Duplex with Private Garden and Pool for 10 is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into two levels which make the entire flat look dynamic and elegant. On the ground level, you can find the common areas, such as large living/dining room with the entrance into the garden and private swimming pool (to relax, sunbathe, have a drink, etc.), a toilet and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric cooker, kettle, oven, fridge, fridge-freezer, and vitroceramic cooker). On the second level you can find three double bedrooms. One of these is a suite with a private bathroom and a dressing room. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each one. Moreover, there is another complete bathroom.

Beautiful flat, beautiful location

This is a beautiful apartment almost at the centre of the old town. The rooms have a lovely lounge space and kitchen facilities. The garden is great!!The bathrooms are beautiful. Plenty of extra little touches. It is close to endless amazing restaurants and many attractions in the city. I booked this last minute and check in was smooth. The staff are very helpful and speak great English. I highly recommend this company. I’d love to return!

Great way to start summer

Lovely apartment ! Spacious for all 9 of us !

We ejoyed waking up to the gorgeous pool every day. The aopartment is located in a quiet area of Barcelona. With bus stops and Muntaner close by which is great. Plus there's a little shop close by for you to get little goodies (snacks, drinks,..).

Pay attention to details...

We had 2 My Space Barcelona stays and the experience was different each time. The first property (in the Sant Gervasi area but on the other side of Balmes) was not so clean, very sparsely furnished, with an odd layout and didn't feel very private. Note-- it wasn't the same property that we had actually booked-- we were switched for some reason. The second stay, at this property (next to the office), was much better----cleaner, with a private pool (the first place had a shared pool and was not in the least inviting) and felt more 'homey', more convenient, actually a great location and a very nice place to be-- so the experience greatly varies. Both places were somewhat beat up. However, there are some things that should be considered when contemplating a My Space property in general. Check-in: You have to go to the office to check in--this is not necessarily trivial-- think about lugging your stuff to one location and then to your final location (jet lag!). Having a car doesn't solve the issue, because there's absolutely no place to put the car while trying to check in. I requested early check-in, was told it would be possible, then when we arrived at the office, i was told they didn't actually have the keys-- soooo.... wait around. The staff has a habit of disappearing upstairs to 'consult colleagues' about keys, or parking availability -- then deciding they are off their shift, and disappearing...to say the least, check-in was not a positive experience. Payment: they do tell you, but not much in advance, that they will add a 3% 'fee' for payment by credit card-- excessive, in my opinion, and it can be a chunk of change. Also, they charge your card for an exhorbitant security deposit.... although they state that this will be refunded on the next Wednesday after departure--- in our case i had to remind them twice and both were not returned until several weeks after the Wednesday after departure. And keep in mind that you may lose money depending on the value of the currency you're exchanging at the time. And HomeAway takes a cut too! Furnishings: the apartments differ, but neither apartment had any 'supplies' -- not salt, pepper, soap, paper towels, etc (maybe half a roll of toilet paper)...one of the apartments had more furnishings (plates, glasses, a waste basket) than the other. If i had only had the second apartment/experience i might want to return-- but overall i'm not sure I'd repeat with My Space.

Immaculate apartment

Came just for a few days with friends. This apartment is lovely. Nice and spacious in the main areas. The gardffen and pool are great to wake up to and swim in. The beds are comfortable, even the sofa beds.

The kitchen is equipped. Freezer was frozen and they defrosted it quickly. Close to condis, a little "tienda" wher eyou can get drinks, chocolates, little things. Close to Muntaner metro.
