3rd and last floor of a beautiful residence (intercom) in the historic heart of Saint Jean de Luz: shops, restaurants and pedestrian street in front of the building, great beach and spa within 150m port train station 5 minutes walk.

Southern exposure (overview Rhune), bright, location.

Entrance serving a living / dining room, a small kitchen, a bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom (shower and washbasin) and a separate toilet.

In the bedroom, 1 bed 140; possibility cot or extra mattress 1 person more (provided).

In the living room, 1 sofa bed for 2 people (bultex bedding). Dining area. 82cm flat screen LCD TV, DVD player blu-ray, radio-CD USB drive.

Kitchen: fridge-freezer, 2 ceramic hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster.

Très bonne location

Après un accueil agréable par la propriétaire, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à St jean de luz.

Les 2 "plus" sans aucune hésitation : l'emplacement de l'appartement qui se trouve dans le centre ville (A 50m de la rue piétonne, 300m de la plage, toutes les commodités à moins de 5 min à pied, à 2 pas du fronton municipal pour la pelote basque où j'ai été) + l'emplacement de parking.

L'immeuble est charmant et sécurisé par digicode / l'ascenseur est appréciable.

Concernant l'appartement : il est très bien/ pratique. Les 2 couchages (2 * 2 personnes) sont très confortables même le BZ (Clic-Clac). Je ne suis pas venu pour regarder la TV mais le grand écran est un plus.

Bref un seul regret ...ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps!

Owner's Response: Merci pour vos louanges. Une précision cependant, le canapé du salon est un vrai convertible système Rapido (ni un BZ ni un clic-clac). Au plaisir de vous recevoir une prochaine fois.

Trés bonne location.

Nous venons de passer 3 semaines très sympas dans cette location.(2 adultes et un enfant).

Le descriptif de l'annonce est conforme.

Un seul bémol , dormir les fenêtres ouvertes est difficile car la rue est assez bruyante.

Sinon la situation est idéale , il y a une boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble , il y a un ascenseur , la place de parking est très appréciable , l'appartement est très fonctionnel et Saint Jean de Luz est une ville charmante.

Bref , c'est une location que je recommande...
