The ever popular Hay-on-Wye is approximately 10 miles and famous for its literary festivals which attract visitors worldwide, it also has many independent shops such as crafts and galleries. Hereford is only 12 miles and Abergavenny, 20 miles, host many food festivals and markets. There are local pubs in the village that also serve food. After a day exploring, what better than to unwind and relax in the hot tub, which is partially covered in the cooler months, or cosy up in front of the wood burner.
