New condo with quality furnishing and amenities. You will not be disappointed! On a peaceful street overlooking Canada's oldest Chinatown next to famous Fan Tan alley and in the heart of Victoria's design district - restaurants, pubs and shopping just steps away.

Quiet one bedroom with queen bed, plus double pullout couch in living room. New high quality mattress with hotel standard bedbug/mite protector cover and high quality linens and towels. BBQ on 4th floor private deck. Very nice view, especially in the evening. New kitchen with everything you need to have a great stay.

**Parking, damage deposit, taxes and cleaning included in posted rate.** Please enquire for long term winter stays.

Must be 25 years old to book. Parkade height able to accommodate trucks and vans but not luggage carriers. No pets or smoking. Thanks!

I wanted to buy a property in downtown Victoria for the purpose of vacation rental. The Union Building stood out to me because of the professionals living there, the new and growing neighbourhood, the parking, and most of all the amazing location.

This place is very well stocked and located. The owner was especially easy to work with and accommodating.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. Great neighborhood and quiet. We walked to most events and places and often to the beautiful harbor.

Great location, lovely secure space

This lovely apartment was walking distance to anywhere you would want to go in the heart of Victoria. It was perfectly situated for our needs. The building, including the parking, was very secure and we felt very safe. It was very warm while we were in Victoria and there is an air conditioning unit but it only took about five minutes to cool the place down so we didn't need to run it very long to have a comfortable evening. We had to leave very early in the morning to catch the 6:00am ferry and Colleen was very accommodating with this early departure. Thanks so much!

Nice condo

The apartment is well located, it is cute and modern. It is located in Chinatown next to a cafeteria. The trouble is that no blinds against light and plenty of natural light in the morning and can not sleep a little longer in the morning and no grocery stores nearby. But it is a beautiful apartment and close to all the attractions of victory and the owner is very nice person.

El apartamento está bien ubicado, es lindo y moderno. Está ubicado en el barrio chino al lado de una cafetería. Lo malo es que no tiene persianas contra la luz y entra mucha luz por las mañanas y no puedes dormir un poco más por las mañanas y no hay tiendas de abarrotes cerca. Pero es un hermoso departamento y cerca de todas las atracciones de victoria y su propietaria es muy linda persona.

Great Location

Colleen was great to work with - responded quickly to emails and was flexible when my flights were changed on my departure to meet me very early in the morning to collect the keys without complaint.

The apartment is as shown. Comfortable bed and kitchen well equipped. Perfect for a couple, singles or perhaps a small family.

The location is what makes this apartment a gem - super close to a variety of restaurants and central enough to the University and airport. Parking is also included which made having a car a non-issue.

I felt very safe as the buildings security was good, having to use a FOB to enter any door and to use the elevator.

Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place in a convenient location.

The condo is sunny, modern and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. There is a reserved parking space in the garage below. Colleen responded very quickly to my emails. She was helpful and friendly.

The condo is very close to many good restaurants. It is a short walk to the center of town. However, it is quiet at night, and we slept well.
