Fantastic modern apartment with exceptionally large balconies and front line sea views. Spacious living areas - 130 square metres. 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 x twins. 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). Lounge/dining room with electric blinds.

There is a glassed in front terrace providing lounge seating and a dining area close to the sea views and out of the wind.Fully fitted & well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.

Extensive South West facing balconies (90m2) with glass balustrades providing amazing views over the sea with sunshine all day through to spectacular sunsets. Balcony lengths of 14m and 18m.All furnishings and fittings are of the highest standard.

There is free Wifi in the apartment. Some board games and CDs provided.

The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and blackout roller shutters.

There is air conditioning/heating through out the whole apartment, ceiling fans and oil filled radiators are also available if preferred.

Stunning Apartment - A Must Stay in Calpe!

Our family of 4 had the most wonderful stay in Calpe, in the most amazing apartment. We loved everything about this place, it really did feel like a home from home. We particularly enjoyed chilling on the balcony people watching. The apartment itself is spacious & in a very secure complex. To my daughters delight, the wifi was perfect for the entire stay and the UK TV worked a treat! This meant mum and dad i.e us(!) could have a glass of wine on the balcony and take in the amazing views...

Ivan the concierge was always about in case we needed anything and the pool was lovely. We went swimming in it nearly every day and we were the only ones using it which shows how quiet the complex is. We did meet Freddie and his wife a few times in the pool area and it was nice to chat to them. We were really made to feel at home here.

With regards to the area, we climbed the mighty Penon d'Ifach (only dad got to the very top though!) which is a must if you are here. We are all so glad we attempted it. We got through the tunnel so we didn't do too badly! Also the little land train is great for the kids, and good for seeing the neighbouring sites if you don't have a car, as we didn't.

We visited a few beaches but found the best one to be Arenal Bol which is a 15minute walk away. The little one (Cantal Roig) that can be seen from the apartment was just far too busy when we were here in August. Arenal Bol was really quiet and very relaxed and we all voted this one our favourite. The water was very shallow too so great for kids. There were a few great bars on the promenade here too. The big beach Fossa/Levante behind the apartment was good but very very busy at this time of year. However there are good shops and restaurants here so we tended to visit this part of town at dusk to eat and wander the promenade. Also the sunrise from this beach was amazing, highly recommend to see!

Regarding food, we didn't much like the seafood places at the very front of the harbour, the food wasn't great, whereas the smaller eateries on the main strip (Dracula, Ciao Ciao) did amazing food, so we opted to eat at these instead. We went on a sunset boat trip which was lovely too. All in all a wonderful holiday, and thank you Alison and David for letting us your apartment. We all want to come back!

Ancora apartment Calpe.

Great modern property with stunning panoramic views. The spacious apartment has everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. It's located within a few minutes easy walking of several good beaches and the choice of restaurants for eating out in the evenings is excellent. There are numerous good shops and bars along the seafront and also further along into the old town area for those who like evening strolls. The building has secure access with private parking in the basement (although access to this may be a bit tight if you have a large car). There is a lovely swimming pool which is shared by others staying in the building but was never busy and felt more like a private pool. Special mention for the English speaking concierge Ivan who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Overall our stay at Ancora was very enjoyable and we highly recommend it.

Fabulous fantastic apartment Calpe

Our whole stay from the minute we arrived was fantastic. The view was to die for. There was nothing we needed while there, from English tv to washing up liquid! All the little things that you might have to go and buy for your stay were there. Ivan the concierge was amazing and always there for your every need. Such a friendly place. We loved Calpe with its amazing beaches and an array of restaurants open day and night. We used the pool every day even though the beach was on the doorstep, so clean and refreshing after a day on the beach.

I would recommend it to anyone from young to old. We will be returning!

Fantastic apartment with fantastic views

We have been visiting Calpe for many years and this apartment is one of the best we have stayed in . The facilities are excellent and the owners Alison and David have thought of everything to ensure your stay is comfortable. The views of the med and the Peñón de Ifach rock from the “apartments Sky Lounge” are simply wonderful at all times of the day and night . The building concierge Ivan is always on hand if you need any help or have any questions and makes you feel very welcome.

All communications with the owners Alison and David have been excellent and if you have any questions are always on hand with advice .

Calpe Port itself has many restaurants and bars but as this apartment is central to the Levante beach you are spoilt for choice. A car isn’t really required as you can walk to most places from the apartment and there is a good local shop that sells all the provisions you would need which a few minutes walk from the apartment . If you prefer not to walk you can visit the old town using the tourist train which stops just across the road from the apartment building.

In summary a fantastic apartment , great views and very helpful owners .

We will be back !

This is One Amazing Place

My wife and I along with our friends have just returned from our stay in this apartment,and to be honest we could go on for a long time finding all the best descriptive words that would tell everyone about it.

The apartment could not be in a nicer place with fantastic views of Calpe rock and have a sea front view of the sea and Marina, there is always something to look at as the climbers ascend the rock in full view of the balcony, and of fishermen as they go about their daily comings and goings.

Alison and David have thought of just about everything in the equipping of this apartment, from books,games,beach chairs,an amazing amount of information of the surrounding area, and information on a large number of restaurants,the whole apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortable.

The pool area was a nice place to relax and was never busy so to sit and read there was very pleasant,and kept very clean.

The on site concierge IVAN is so friendly and helpful for any of your problems if any.

I found Alison so helpful in the build up to going to Calpe,with any questions, that she give you the feeling that she is always talking to a friend.

So yes this apartment gets a full star rating in every respect,and we know for sure that when we return to Calpe we wont be looking to stay any where else.

A return visit to David and Alison's beautiful apartment in Calpe. We feel so comfortable in this well equipped property. Occupying a prime position with excellent views over the harbour and beyond, it is also ideally situated for all local amenities. Although you will probably not wish to move from the superb balcony Calpe and local districts, including Benissa and Altea, offer a wonderful selection of extremely good restaurants.

Dealings with the owners are a pleasure as they offer a professional, friendly, and helpful service.

Strongly recommended.
