Fantastic modern apartment with exceptionally large balconies and front line sea views. Spacious living areas - 130 square metres. 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 x twins. 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). Lounge/dining room with electric blinds.

There is a glassed in front terrace providing lounge seating and a dining area close to the sea views and out of the wind.Fully fitted & well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.

Extensive South West facing balconies (90m2) with glass balustrades providing amazing views over the sea with sunshine all day through to spectacular sunsets. Balcony lengths of 14m and 18m.All furnishings and fittings are of the highest standard.

There is free Wifi in the apartment. Some board games and CDs provided.

The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and blackout roller shutters.

There is air conditioning/heating through out the whole apartment, ceiling fans and oil filled radiators are also available if preferred.

Large swimming pool with sun-loungers provided.

Private garage parking included.

Beach chairs and a some beach toys are available for use.

This is One Amazing Place

My wife and I along with our friends have just returned from our stay in this apartment,and to be honest we could go on for a long time finding all the best descriptive words that would tell everyone about it.

The apartment could not be in a nicer place with fantastic views of Calpe rock and have a sea front view of the sea and Marina, there is always something to look at as the climbers ascend the rock in full view of the balcony, and of fishermen as they go about their daily comings and goings.

Alison and David have thought of just about everything in the equipping of this apartment, from books,games,beach chairs,an amazing amount of information of the surrounding area, and information on a large number of restaurants,the whole apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortable.

The pool area was a nice place to relax and was never busy so to sit and read there was very pleasant,and kept very clean.

The on site concierge IVAN is so friendly and helpful for any of your problems if any.

I found Alison so helpful in the build up to going to Calpe,with any questions, that she give you the feeling that she is always talking to a friend.

So yes this apartment gets a full star rating in every respect,and we know for sure that when we return to Calpe we wont be looking to stay any where else.

A return visit to David and Alison's beautiful apartment in Calpe. We feel so comfortable in this well equipped property. Occupying a prime position with excellent views over the harbour and beyond, it is also ideally situated for all local amenities. Although you will probably not wish to move from the superb balcony Calpe and local districts, including Benissa and Altea, offer a wonderful selection of extremely good restaurants.

Dealings with the owners are a pleasure as they offer a professional, friendly, and helpful service.

Strongly recommended.

Fabulous, spacious and well equipped flat in a prime location

We had a brilliant family holiday staying in the flat which is beautifully kept, very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Both Alison and the help on site were have been so helpful. You know you’ve found a gem when you’re only a few days into the holiday and already planning when you can return! We will definitely be back - thank you!

Rooms with a view

Apartment is spacious and has magnificent views from the balcony and bedrooms.

It made us so lazy as we watched all that was happening around the harbour and beach area. We preferred staying in to going out!

Everything worked easily and well with both written instructions and assistance from a very helpful caretaker. The kitchen had all we needed and in decent quantity.

The communal areas were immaculate and the pool area was never busy.

The local beach and supermarket were only a few minutes away as are many nice restaurants.

We have asked Alison and David many questions over the last few months and they were always prompt and helpful with their replies.

It has meant that we have had an extremely relaxing holiday staying in a comfortable apartment that has had views that photographs cannot do justice to.

Best views in Calpe!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It is a beautiful apartment with fantastic views over the port. Having been to Calpe now on four occasions there is no other place we would rather stay. It is in a fantastic location with restaurants, shops and 2 beaches within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped and the pool area and sun terrace are lovely and very well maintained. I can't rate this highly enough😀
