The neighbourhood:- The property is located in a peaceful development, 2 minutes away from a park with children’s play area, and 5 minutes to 130 acres country park, with super store and a bus stop in the vicinity. Plenty to walk around, specially for nature lovers the Grantchester Village is a ten minute walk. The historic town centre with its beautiful Colleges, and churches can be accessed by bus or bike within 20 minutes.
Getting around:- The house boasts of its two private parking spaces (rare in Cambridge!), and getting around is relatively easy, with the nearby Park and Ride Bus Station, and local cabs easily available. Train Station can be accessed through a guided bus, or bike within 15 minutes. For people driving, the property is very close to the motorway (with easy access to Stansted Airport and London).
