Ideally located on the BEACH FRONT of Ixia Beach, a cooler side of the island. A famous wind and kite surfers paradise! The lively resort of Ialysos offering excellent eateries with traditional Greek, Chinese, Italian and French restaurants, Souvlaki, Bars, some live music, busy souvenir shops and supermarkets a few minutes walking distance.
The apartment is just 17 minutes drive from the airport and 7- 10 minutes into the center of Rhodes town with a regular bus service on the door step.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and has a spacious and very comfortable open plan lounge, opening out through patio doors onto the sea view balcony, the two double bedrooms ( 1.70 x 2 beds) also offer sea and mountain views, balconies ceiling fans, with air conditioning in the living areas and in one bedroom.
The beautiful sea breeze makes the apartment very comfortable, the lounge has a flat screen TV with USB and a DVD, also a flat screen in one bedroom, and full WiFi throughout.
The apartment is fully equipped with conveniences, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer with automatic ice maker, coffee maker, Toaster, Iron, hairdryers etc.
We provide linens and towels as well as beach towels.

A wonderful apartment from which to enjoy a wonderful island

Despite the weather often matching that of the UK we thoroughly enjoyed our late break, especially as the apartment has everything you need, is furnished to a high standard and in a very good location for exploring the island. Our hosts were first class providing excellent pre-arrival guidance, a great welcome pack and regular assistance - thank you. As well as the comfortable apartment, the ease of parking, the proximity of the beach, the variety of restaurants (despite being at the end of the season) and a large supermarket being within walking distance, all made our stay even more enjoyable. We would certainly recommend this property and look forward to hopefully returning one day.

We enjoyed a great two week stay at the beach front apartment, Linda & Spyro were excellent and knowledgeable hosts The spacious apartment is in a great location, close to bars, restaurants, shops and bus stops Rhodes is a lovely island and although a car is not essential, it's a great way to see places

Great holiday home

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Its location is great: a nice beach, a variety of restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket are easily accessible by foot. Moreover, there is a lot of parking space next to the apartment if you wish to visit somewere a little further away. The apartment itself is great. For one, the sea view from the balcony is lovely. In addition, it has everything you need and more, and the host family was eager to help if we needed anything else. They were very welcoming and helpful through our entire stay. Should we ever come back to Rhodes, this is absolutely the place to stay.

Excellent Apartment

This is an excellent apartment in a good location with plenty of good restaurants catering for all tastes. Fifty metres from the sea and a pebble beach. Owners very welcoming with plenty of tourist information and a food welcome pack provided, which was superb. Lovely views from the balcony where you can watch the local fishermen.

Perfect stay on the Ancient Seashore

This was the perfect location for us to explore Rhodes. My husband was attending a conference at the Sheraton (less than a mile away), so this location was perfect. Everything you could think of was included in this lovely condo. All you needed for a trip to the beach or a day adventure around Rhodes. Our hosts advised us on a rental car, places to shop, and places to explore, they made our trip perfect. Their advice was flawless and their concern for us was comforting. Our hosts were fluent in English, but had lived on the Island for decades and are the ideal hosts.

16 Years ago We saw the view and that was all that it took. After 40 years together we agree that some things in life make a great vacation.. The warmth of sun and a Great View of the SEA, to calm the soul.

Why they chose this property

Due to Covid we have not rented the apartment for the last 2 years but feel it is time to reopen our doors. This will be our 4th year renting the property and we hope to make your vacation one to remember fondly. Our side of the island is ideal as it is a bit cooler with a nice breeze off the sea during the hottest summer months. There are lovely restaurants less than 3 min.away on foot. When renting a car, there is parking on site which makes it easy, as street parking can be difficult to find these days. If you are into Kite or Wind Surfing, this is the place, our side of the island is famous for these Sports and rentals are just down the street and some water sports are just in front of the apartment.. There are entertaining local fishermen that bring in their daily catch also in front of the apartment and the incoming ships that frequent our harbors. You can enjoy watching these from your verandah.

Rhodes is an island with everything, an island that offers it's guests a history that goes back in time thousands of years, to the ages of mythology, and Ancient ruins to tell their stories.
The Old city, full of History and the Grand Masters Palace, is a must while you are here. Lovely shopping and a brilliant night life.

The New Town with the excitement and pulse of high end shops, A beach side Casino, Restaurants, Beaches, Clubs and entertainment.

Villages full of local color, peace and quiet, Great Wine and food, and the cool refreshing sea at your feet.The Mountains give you a sense of being in the Alps and show the diversity of this beautiful island. Being an Island it's hard to get lost for very long, everything is close and one road will take you home to your peaceful apartment to stretch out and relax after your wonderful adventures.
