The apartment is located in Levallois-Perret, on the edge of the 17th, in a quiet area with transport and shops at 200 m, facing a square with children's games.

Levallois-Perret is part of the suburbs of Paris, it is a pretty safe city and very well equipped by public transport.
Several traditional markets are close to the apartment.

My mom and I were traveling to Paris for 10 days and it was super important to us to rent an apartment in a French speaking neighborhood and to live like a local. This apartment was fantastic. We could hardly go a day without telling each other how much we loved the location and the apartment itself. It took us 10 minutes to get to the Saint Lazare train station in Paris by taking the train located directly behind our apartment. Make sure to buy a book of tickets for the train, as it will make it a little bit cheaper to travel. Everything inside the apartment was in pristine condition - the furniture, floors, kitchen appliances, shower, kitchen utensils, windows, washer/dryer, etc.
We only have a few concerns to share regarding our stay. We had a window of two hours to meet Madame (who lives next door) so she could give us the keys. When we arrived it was only a coincidence that she was waiting in the lobby of her building and came out to find us because I could not find her name on the building to ring her. As we had read another review regarding this same concern, we were grateful she found us. Also, we chose to take the metro and the bus to the apartment from Gare du Nord station. Take line 3 to Anatole France station and then the bus to the Clichy Levallois station and you can walk from there. The cost for the metro and bus is 3.60 Euros per person. The taxi wanted to charge us 120 Euros to get to the apartment. Finally, the description says the apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans and in fact it has neither. The temperature was getting into the 90's when we traveled in June and Madame brought over two portable fans for us.
Overall we would love to return to the apartment in a heartbeat. We absolutely loved eating at the kitchen counter, and buying food from the local markets. We found English television stations that we barely watched, so instead reclined on the beautiful leather chairs and read our books. The kitchen was so well stocked we could have prepared any sort of gourmet meal and then enjoyed it on the balcony overlooking the park. The sound of the train behind the apartment did not bother us a bit, and in fact we loved the convenience of getting into the city. The locals were friendly and helpful and we were happy to use our very limited French in the shops and restaurants. The apartment is definitely a place the owner is extremely proud of and takes great pride in taking care of it to the highest of standards.
Paris was our third stop on our European vacation. We had agreed to meet he manager at 6:00pm she wasn't waiting for us and we had no key to the apartment or a phone that we could call. We finally saw a lady come out of the building (she spoke English) and we asked her to make some calls for us - she was able to reach the French speaking manager's husband who could not converse with us but tried very hard and the "very nice lady" off the street interpreted for us. We eventually got into the apartment the manager didn't speak English so she had to get the owner's son to come and walk us through the apartment. After a rocky start we settled right in. The train runs right behind the apartment and we really didn't get used to the noise. BUT, the apartment was great, very well stocked, very clean and aside from the train in our backyard it was so handy to get to the metro station and travel where ever we wanted. It was great, just bring ear plugs because truly the location was great with close access to restaurants and the grocery store was about a 15 minute walk to the large one and 5 minutes to the convenient store. It was great to have an elevator for our large heavy luggage. We would definitely rent this apartment again and recommend to others!
As two mothers and daughters travelling together we were very pleased to find this lovely apartment that has two REAL bedrooms (not one bedroom and a pull out in the living room) with two twin beds in each room. It took us a day or so to acclimate to the various transit systems so for future travelers...there is a train station about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, but it is the Transilien line "L" which is not part of ordinary metro. We recommend buying a daily mobilis pass (or weekly if you are there Monday-Friday) for unlimited trips for that day. Mme. Ragot was very responsive to our questions, and the on-site manager Mme. Pinto was very nice and accommodating. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and very modern. We would definitely stay again.
Nous avons trouvé cet appartement par internet et vraiment, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Il est fidèle aux photos, très bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel. La proximité de la gare est hyper pratique pour se rendre à la gare St Lazare en 10mn par le rer. Le centre Leclerc à 5 mn à pieds est très facile à trouver et bien utile. Nous avons garé la voiture en sous sol et elle n'a pas bougé de la semaine, nous avons tout visité avec le pass navigo de la ratp. Merci à Mme RAGOT pour sa disponibilité et à son fils qui nous a très bien accueilli. Si je devais mettre un petit bémol, c'est qu'on entend malgré l'isolation les trains qui arrivent en gare tôt le matin, mais c'est aussi parce que nous sommes habitués à nous réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux! rien de bien méchant, nous gardons un souvenir très positif de notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Notre séjour à Levallois-Perret pendant les fêtes de fin d'année était tout simplement charmant. Nous avons adoré l'appartement situé dans un quartier très calme. Pour nous rendre à Paris, nous prenions le train juste derrière qui conduit en plein Paris -Gare Saint-Lazare- en quelques minutes ou nous marchions parfois jusqu'au métro Anatole France (15 mn à pied) pour pouvoir profiter du quartier si bien decoré pour les fêtes, surtout le magnifique Hôtel de ville et ses divertissements de noêl . L'accueil excellent, un appartement très pratique et de très bon goût, un accès facile à Paris, d'excellentes boulangeries, un grand supermarché Leclerc, de très bons restaurants, tout cela à proximité: que demander de plus? Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir fait confiance; nous pensons déjà à notre prochain sejour chez vous!
The apartment is located in SANTA CLARA, CA, pretty town of Seine high, right on the border west of Paris, 600 meters from the 17th arrondissement (Porte d'Asnieres), neighboring Neuilly, the Bois de Boulogne, the district of La Defense and Paris center. As part of the agglomeration of Paris Levallois Perret is a city / town full of charm and very quiet, with luxurious facilities and many shops including a Leclerc supermarket 500 meters from the apartment. Near our apartment you will find: a beautiful swimming pool with 3 pools opening on a lovely square, 3 solariums, SPA, sauna, hammam, fitness center will help you relax during your stay. Close too: Conservatory of Music and Dance, artistic center with numerous exhibitions, tennis, skating, very many beautiful parks and flower-filled squares. You will have many opportunities to transport: The fastest to reach the center of Paris: from the station located 200 m, a shuttle train runs every 5 minutes and takes you to the Saint Lazare train station in 6 minutes. There you will find many metro lines to Montmartre, Opera, the Louvre, Bastille, Invalides, Montparnasse, Champs Elysees, Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. RER to Disneyland, La Défense in 10 minutes etc ... Line 14 to Madeleine, Chatelet and Gare de Lyon and Bercy station in 10/15 minutes. 150 m bus 341 takes you in 15 minutes instead of the Etoile (Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées) or the opposite, to the famous flea market.
