Pacific Sands Resort Condo #11 is an oceanfront beauty with spectacular oceanfront views! With one bedroom, two baths, a full kitchen and a large living room with electric fireplace and a Murphy bed, this condo is great for a small family, two couples or a romantic weekend retreat! This ground floor unit is perfect for those who cannot climb stairs easily. This vacation condo has been wonderfully remodeled with new marble and tile baths: one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub and shower combination. The full kitchen has also just been remodeled and is completely outfitted with every convenience you need to make anything from simple lunches to gourmet dinners! You can enjoy the view of the ocean from the expansive windows in the living room and private bedroom. With the ability to close the doors between the bedroom and the living space, the living room then doubles as a second private bedroom. The queen Murphy bed has a comfortable new mattress. When staying at Pacific Sands Resort #11, you'll have access to miles of sandy beaches from the property and be able to explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. Why not take a stroll through quiet and quaint Neskowin to enjoy a round of golf, the tasty food at Hawk Creek Cafe or browse through the selections at the Neskowin Store? It is a quick and easy drive into Pacific City, north of Neskowin, or you can drive south to Lincoln City where you'll find more shopping and area attractions. A washer and dryer are not available at this condo, but feel free to use the local laundry mat located at the Neskowin Store if the need arises. Parking is available for up to one vehicle at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. It is also important to note that during winter storms, the oceanfront windows and patio door may be partially to fully boarded up to prevent damage from possible sneaker waves. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking and that includes balconies.
Neskowin Beach is one of our favorite places and this condo was very pleasant. The views were spectacular from both the
Living room and the bedroom. The weather was perfect and the view of the sunset was incredible.
This was an older complex but it was well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. This was a ground unit so it was nice not to have to use the stairs due to my bad knees. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely keep this on our list for future visits.

Cross over the bridge onto SALEM AVE. TURN RIGHT onto BREAKERS BLVD. Follow BREAKERS until you arrive at PACIFIC SANDS RESORT, located on your LEFT. LOCK BOX LOCATION: At the front door.

ALL OTHER ISSUES, CONCERNS, COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED ONLY TO OREGON BEACH VACATIONS. Do not hang clothing, blankets, kites or anything else from the railing in front of or in back of your condo. The on-site caretaker will ask you to remove these items and you will be charged a $50 fee. Do not take dishes, cooking ware or anything else from one condo into another. Each condo is privately owned and the items in each condo belong to individual owners. If items are missing from your condo after your stay, you will be charged to replace these items. The garbage dumpster is located near the street heading east inside a fenced area. It is open for guest use 24 hours a day on the property side. The street side is locked.
