Pacific Sands Resort #22 is delightfully light, bright and open! This southern corner condo on the second floor allows you to enjoy the light that streams in along with gorgeous open views! The large, full kitchen has been set up by an owner who enjoys cooking and baking, so you should be able to find all you'll need for any meal occasion! The guest bedroom suite has two bunk beds, each with a twin over a double bed, and can sleep up to six people. The bath in the guest suite has a small walk-in shower. The kitchen, dining area and living room are open, making it perfect for family and friends to chat while making dinner or enjoying a bit of TV! The living room also has a wood burning fireplace for those chilly Oregon coast nights.* The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, and the hall bath has a tub and shower combination. When staying at Pacific Sands Resort #22, you'll have access to miles of sandy beaches from the property and be able to explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. Why not take a stroll through quiet and quaint Neskowin to enjoy a round of golf, the tasty food at Hawk Creek Cafe or browse through the selections at the Neskowin Store? It is a quick and easy drive into Pacific City, north of Neskowin, or you can drive south to Lincoln City where you'll find more shopping and area attractions. A washer and dryer are not available at this condo, but feel free to use the local laundry mat located at the Neskowin Store if the need arises. Parking is available for up to two vehicles at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. This home allows you to bring up to two dogs while vacationing here. Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time in or on the property. *The wood fireplace is available for guest use- just be sure to bring your own firewood or presto-type logs. It is also important to note that during winter storms, the oceanfront windows and patio door may be partially to fully boarded up to prevent damage from possible sneaker waves. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking and that includes balconies.
My friend and I and our two dogs stayed 4 nights here and had a fabulous time. When I arrived, the tide was in and when I walked in the condo it looked like the ocean was right under the deck. I mean you are RIGHT there. I found the furnishings to be just fine, cupboards stocked with basics. Only suggestions I have would be a phone number for an emergency veterinary clinic and a warning about going down the rip-rap to get to the beach. I took a nasty fall going down that thing just to the left (facing the ocean) from the condo. There are better places to go down to the beach, and I think warning signs would be helpful. Bring a first aid kit! The little store had band aids and that was it. We will be returning in November and I can't wait!
We had a great time. The best thing about this property is the location. The condo is great for people with kids and dogs because some of the interior is a little beat up (walls, couch). In general though place is clean, great shower pressure, tons of games for all ages in closet, kitchen stocked well with pots/pans/dishes, etc. Be aware to bring your own firewood. General store and little café very close. Literally steps to beach with a great view and sounds of the ocean. Very cute little neighborhood, tons of homes to walk by with flowers everywhere.

Go to the stop sign and turn RIGHT onto BREAKERS BLVD. Please be sure to drive slowly through this neighborhood, as the road is narrow and there are many children and people walking their dogs. PACIFIC SANDS RESORT CONDOMINIUMS will be located on your LEFT. Unit #22 is the South End Corner Unit, located upstairs in the ocean front building. Parking is not assigned. LOCK BOX LOCATION: At the front door. WI-FI ACCESS: Choose Pacific Sands Network. Password: 2011riprap. This home allows 2 dogs MAX. Dogs are NOT to be left unattended at anytime in the rental or on the property.****PLEASE BE ADVISED: This condo is privately owned and is not cared for by the on-sight manager. Do not contact the on-sight manager for any need. If you experience an issue while at the condo, please contact Oregon Beach Vacations at 1-800-723-2383. There is no daily housekeeping or towel service. A coin-op laundry is located at the Neskowin Country Store for your personal laundry needs. To avoid a charge for lost towels, you are advised not to remove any towels from the condo. You do NOT need to launder towels upon your departure, as stated in the general confirmation. Please leave all soiled towels on the bathroom floor. There is a pet-cleaning fee to book this home of $ 50.00 applied to your booking. If you are not bringing a pet, you must call our office BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE to Opt-out.*** MAXIMUM of 2 dogs only *** Do not hang clothing, blankets, kites or anything else from the railing in front of or in back of your condo. The on-site caretaker will ask you to remove these items and you will be charged a $50 fee. Do not take dishes, cooking ware or anything else from one condo into another. Each condo is privately owned and the items in each condo belong to individual owners. If items are missing from your condo after your stay, you will be charged to replace these items. The garbage dumpster is located near the street heading east inside a fenced area. It is open for guest use 24 hours a day on the property side. The street side is locked.
