Highlands is a beautiful detached 5 bedroom house with a large enclosed lawned garden. There are 2 kingsize rooms, 1 double room and 2 twin bedded rooms. It has a large dining room with an oak table and solid oak chairs. There is a living room with a log burner and tv, a fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room and a large conservatory. Lydstep beach, caverns and the coast path are a 5 minute walk down a quiet lane. The view from the clifftop at Lydstep headland is spectacular, giving a wonderful view of Caldy Island, and in the distance Lundy Island. The caverns are only reached at low tide and are called the Cave of Beauty, the Tower cave, the Drot and the Smugglers Cave . Fossils - mainly corals can be found in the boulders passed in the decent to the beach. Manorbier with its castle and beach is just a mile away, Tenby is 3.5 miles and Pembroke is 8 miles. The nearest train station is about 1 mile away. In Lydstep there is a village pub and an Italian restaurant. To help you relax, there is a 9 hole golf course with beautiful views, spa and gym just across the road. Lydstep Haven is a beautiful crescent shape bay with a stretch of golden sand stretching east towards Caldy Island, which can be reached by a short ferry ride from nearby Tenby.

About Gary Quick
Hi. My name is Gary. I love this part of Pembrokeshire, with its many beaches and coastal walks. I enjoy fishing, kayaking, walking and just being outdoors in nature.
Why Gary Quick chose Lydstep
I came to this area as a child and loved it. There is so much to do close by: Theme park, petting zoo, zoo and The Blue Lagoon Waterpark. Highlands is a lovely home, big enough for large families or groups to enjoy being close to nature, beaches and coast paths.
What makes this House unique
Walk to Lydstep beach. Close to other beaches. Manorbier and Pembroke with their castles is close by. Picturesque Tenby is close with it's lovely beaches, harbour and 'Balamory' painted houses.

Thanks so much for that great review. It makes me so pleased when people come and enjoy Highlands and everything the area has to offer. We work hard to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our lovely holiday home.
Very enjoyable stay.
A lovely property with a great layout. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Perfect Ruby Wedding Anniversary Celebration!
The perfect way to celebrate was to go away for a week with all our family and spend some quality time together. Gary's house catered for the needs of eleven of us, spanning three generations. The grandchildren and adults alike were kept entertained with the many toys, games, and sporting equipment. We made good use of the garden and had several BBQs. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we could want. It was a nice touch having hand wash already there in the numerous bathrooms. The whole house was spacious and airy and the beds were comfortable so we slept well. We love the area and explored lots of lovely sandy beaches. Can't wait to return!
