Located in a listed Georgian building this gorgeous 50 M2 apartment is the perfect stay for those who are searching both absolute quietness and the best of the London life. It is warm, cosy, very silent and full of atmosphere with its typical british features. As it is south facing and equipped with wide french doors opening onto the garden it is also very bright.
It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely living room with an comfortable sofa and an office corner, a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom. The king size bed (1,80m) can be separated into twins on request upon booking. The garden comes with a table and chairs for 4. There you will enjoy jasmine and collection plants and also the shadow of the mature trees of one of the most beautiful Georgian squares in London, Porchester Square.
In addition the flat offers superfast WIRELESS internet access, PRINTER, impressive SAMSUNG 52' LED DVD player, fire alarm, and entryphone.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to the most vibrant places of Notting Hill, the famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll to Hyde Park. Close also Little Venice one of the most charming neighbourhoods with its boat restaurants on the canals (10’ walk).
You are also well connected to other several London landmarks such as renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.
Close by on Westourne Grove is an excellent variety of pubs, cafes, bars and restaurants from all over the world. A number of supermarkets like Waitrose, Westley’s and Planet Organic are also close by. Oxford Street and Westfield Shopping centre are a 5 minute bus ride away.

From Paddington Station your will be at 15 minutes from Heathrow airport thanks to the super fast Heathrow Express Line.

We love London. We have seen at least 150 flats before buying this one. A lot were terrible although quite expensive.
We fall in love with this one and the privacy that separate rooms offers. We love the quietness of the place which is really unusual in London, a very hectic and noisy city. The garden is fairly big compared to what we have seen.
Porchester is so ideally located that you can access everywhere very conveniently. Heathrow is at 15 minutes. All sorts of shops and restaurants are available day and nights the all week long, elegant or casual.
The contact person was very prompt at meeting us and helpful with any requests we had.
My husband and I stayed at this property for 6 nights just before Christmas 2016. It is very well-maintained, comfortable, quiet and clean. Convenient access to the London subway is just a 5-10 minute walk away. A very short trip to and from Heathrow from Paddington station which is a short drive away or even walking distance depending on how much luggage you have. There is a large grocery store and some very good restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Guste Remo, an Italian restaurant just a few blocks away with very good food and great service. The perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring London.
Maurice - We loved our stay at Boutique Gardens! The flat is lovely and was very clean. Suwanna and Jonathan were very helpful with advice about navigating London. My wife and I enjoyed this flat for three full weeks in November. Over that span of time we made good use of all the features, including the fully equipped kitchen, with laundry and dishwasher. After all the excitement and activity of a day out in London, coming home to 11 Porchester Square was a pleasure, warm, pleasant and very comfortable. The neighborhood, as others have said, has most every resource and convenience just a few minutes walk away. A highlight is Guste Remo, the charming Italian restaurant just around the corner. The route 23 bus (stop on Bishops Bridge Rd just in front of the Waitrose supermarket) became a favorite way to get to central London (Trafalgar Square, etc) - the Christmas lights on Oxford and Regent Streets were spectacular, particularly if you could land the front seats on the upper level. We enjoyed museums, the theatre and galleries, all within easy reach from the flat via the Tube and/or bus. We liked it so much, we hope to return someday and would certainly recommend it to others.
We spent 4 days at Maurice's lovely apartment at the end of October, and really enjoyed it. The apartment is exactly as pictured - beautifully decorated with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and good/fast wifi, which we really appreciated! The garden was very pretty, and we would have loved to sit out there in better weather, so I can only assume those who stay in summer will really enjoy that rare piece of outdoor real estate. The location was great - there were about 3 or 4 underground stations within an easy walk of the apartment, and we could get to any of the main tourist areas within a very quick ride. Also, the neighborhood itself was very interesting - very residential and local so we really felt like we were living in London and not just seeing tourist sites. There were also some pretty good restaurants within a quick walk of the apartment, as well as a very good grocery store. This is a great apartment to set up a base to see the city, and a far better value than any hotel room for the same price. We would love to stay in Maurice's apartment again when we return to London!
This ground level spacious flat is ideal for a couple. It is wonderfully located in a quite charming neighbourhood... yet all the London sights and attractions are readily accessible by foot, bus or Underground. We found the flat to be immaculate and well equipped. The walk-out to a private garden makes it truly special. Highly recommended.
