My space is located on the beach in San Pedro Estoril, near the village of Cascais (5 kms) and with fast and easy access to the city center of Lisbon (30 minutes by train). You'll love my space by location, near the beach and town, the comfortable and quiet environment, and the outer space, the pool allows spend some very relaxing days. It is perfect for those visiting the city Lisbon and relax, or simply surfing on the Estoril coast beaches (Carcavelos, Guincho).

Detailed Description:

• Space

S. Peter House is a separate apartment with its own entrance, set in a villa with pool, garden and parking.

This space (T1) consists of 1 bedroom with bathroom and closet, living room with dining area and kitchen.

The apartment was "created" in July 2016, it is equipped with new furniture and appliances and modern, giving it a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere.

The porch with an engaging and intimate view of the pool, is the exclusive use of guests.

Created to accommodate 2 people, sofa bed placed in the room allows accommodate 2 more people.

The ambiance, location and access give this space a versatility that makes it perfect for a city and beach holiday, sports holiday, particularly for water sports, surfing and sailing, and golf.

Based on the motto "feel at home" for long stays make available to my guests maid service and laundry.

• Breakfast Access:

In terms of outer space, the use of the pool and garden is shared only by guests and my family.

The space for car parking can be used by guests if requested overnight on a sharing basis with family.

• Interaction with Breakfast

The interaction of the host with guests is set to "desire" and needs the same.

On arrival, guests are welcomed in person by the host or other family member. the presentation of the apartment is made, the description of the surrounding area and indicated the location of the supermarket, pharmacy, health center and restaurants.

In the longer stays presented him whenever possible, guests with a drink next to the pool welcame.

• Other observations

For my guests feel at home I facilitate a set of services or access to them whenever requested:

. transfers from the airport to the apartment.

. laundry treatment.

. cleaning service.

. access to practice sports activities, marking classes or booking facilities for the practice of the same (surf lessons or other water sports, golf, field reservation).

The neighborhood

• Overview

Sao Pedro do Estoril is located on one side of the triangle, Lisbon - Cascais - Sintra, called for "Cascais Line" or the Estoril Coast.

The line of Cascais, internationally known as the Estoril Coast, given its proximity to the city center is the residential part of the elite of the Portuguese society and foreigners, and simultaneously a bathing area 15 minutes from the capital.

The town of Sao Pedro do Estoril located on the beach of St. Peter, it consists mainly of villas of the early and mid-twentieth century. A wooded and "quality" dining outlets, it is a residential area very charismatic and quiet.

The beach of St. Peter is located in the cove Bafureira, it has a very particular beauty by being surrounded by ravines and be bounded on the west by the promontory of Pedra do Sal. Its waters are often the scene of national and international competitions of surfing and bodyboarding.

• Go and come

Served by a railway station of Cascais, which significantly closer to the center of Lisbon and Cascais.

Situated near the train station of Cascais and near the Marginal Avenue (N6 road), access to the apartment by car or public transport is very easy, fast and economical.

To highlight the ease of parking and no charge.

Access to Airport: 20 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport (20 minutes by subway + 25 minutes by train).

Access to Lisbon center: 15 minutes by car, 25 minutes by train.

Access to Cascais center: 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by train and 30 minutes by foot.

Access to Sintra: 15 minutes drive.

Access to the beach: 5 minutes on foot or by car.

A very nice place, Ana and her son were very friendly and helpful, with good communication. Quiet and comfortable, pool area is very nice. Close walk to stores, cafe, train, ocean and restaurants. Highly recommended.

To my guests, I strongly recommend the following experiences:

. Walk along the coastline between the beach of São Pedro do Estoril and the Salazar Fort, with a stop in the geological "accident" of Pedra do Sal (Pedra do Sal is composed of limestones and marls with 90 to 120 million years old) and on the beach of São Pedro.

. Have a drink and watch the sunset on the esplanades of San Pedro beach or on the esplanade "Alcatruz".

. Enjoy a gastronomic experience at "Boteco da Linha".
