About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Smaller than I have stayed at before for the same or cheaper price.

  • 3 of 5

Table didn’t seat 6 comfortably. There were no blinds on the bottom floor except in the master bed kroon. Didn’t like that at all. Couldn’t find the controller to work the master bedroom TV. Mattresses on the bunks were very uncomfortable. This house is much smaller then the ones I normally have stayed at and cost the same. It was clean and stocked fairly well.

Tired, Tired, Tired!!!

  • 3 of 5

We enjoyed the house itself, but not the items that were provided to make our stay comfortable. There was NO notebook of instructions or information about Eagle Crest to greet us when we arrived. We did not know how to work the TV/cable and were not helped when we called the local number. The VRBO contact person did not know when trash was to be picked up and cans were overflowing when we arrived. Toaster caught on fire and needs to be replaced. All linens and bed coverings were dirty and tired. Pillows the same. No bath mats. No cutting board in kitchen. Burned out lightbulbs all over the place. Draperies a disgrace. No foil or plastic wrap in kitchen.

We have rented in the past through VRBO but will not do so again in Eagle Crest. This home owner needs to provide a nicer environment for his/her guests.

Excellent stay in Oregon for families

  • 5 of 5

This is a great alternative to hotels and Airbnbs. The house was in a quiet and scenic central Oregon location. It is about 2.5 hours away from Crater lake and a half hour drive to the Lava Lake Cave--an interesting underground tunnel carved out by lava.
