Our four- bedroom beachfront condo boasts stunning ocean views from the third floor of the complex. The unit is built with the highest quality materials with travertine floors, in suite bathrooms, and top of the line appliances, fixtures and furnishings. Whether lounging in the beachfront infinity pool and spa, snorkeling at the famous Cemetery Reef or gazing from your terrace into the hypnotic colors of the Sea, Sea Breeze is an oasis of tranquility.

Our four bedroom plus media room can sleep up to 10 comfortably. Lavishly furnished and almost 3,000 square feet there is plenty of room for the entire family. One King bedroom, two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds. The media center has pull out queen sleeper. All bedrooms have in suite bathrooms and the master bath holds a Jacuzzi tub. Full internet with TVs in every bedroom, living room and media room, ceiling fans in every room, full laundry facilities, BBQ grill on the terrace, gym facilities on property and secure unground parking.

We hope to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Guest will have access to our on-island property manager who can help you book everything from excursions to dinner reservations.

About Cathy Baier

We are from Kansas City, MO and were the original developer of the property. We have been traveling to Cayman since 2008 and are on island every 2 to 3 months. Needless to say we have a great knowledge of the island and many friends there. We are happy to give you any reccomendations from dive captains to resterants.

The sea outside Sea Breeze is a snorkelers paradise. Cemetery Beach and Reef is considered to offer the best Snorkeling on Seven Mile Beach. Go out a little further and you'll reach some of the area's best Scuba diving sites including the wreck of the Kittiwake. There are a number of dive companies to choose from who all offer access to these beautiful dive sites, whilst shore diving is also a popular option. We can give you the name of our favorite dive operator.

Sea Breeze is situated at the more pristine end of SMB, offering peace and privacy, whilst retaining countless amenities in the locality.

Fosters Supermarket is only a few hundred metres away and is a good-sized grocery store. There are another three supermarkets within driving reach, giving guests the opportunity to shop around.

Venture a mile or two up into West Bay and you can find both of Cayman's Dolphin parks, the famous Boatswains Bay Turtle Farm, Hell (you can send a postcard from Hell's own Post Office), and Barkers Beach which is popular with Kite Surfers.

A few hundred meters across the island from Sea Breeze you will find the Cayman Yacht Club and Marina. Many trips across the North Sound to the unmissable Stingray City and Rum Point start here although many tour operators will pick you up from home.

Anyone after a great retail experience should venture to Camana Bay. This new town in the heart of Seven Mile Beach is an upmarket development offering everything from top restaurants, to a multi-screen cinema, book and coffee shops, a Mac store and clothing boutiques.

For those interested in golf, the North Sound Club is currently Cayman's sole 18-hole course and is just a three of four minute drive away. In close proximity are two popular nine-hole courses at Britannia and The Ritz Carlton.

The Ritz is the island's premier 5 Star resort and can be found four miles away from Sea Breeze. It offers full-resort amenities as well as the Silver Rain Spa, and some of the best restaurants on the island including Blue and Seven.

Grand Cayman's capital George Town is a ten minute drive away and is a duty-free shoppers paradise with countless jewellery and luxury brand stores.

A Fantastic Vacation

There were 6 adults and 4 children ages 2 through 11 in our group. Sea Breeze #5 was a perfect condo for our vacation in Grand Cayman. It was in excellent condition throughout. There was more than enough room with plenty of private spaces, allowing for naps for the little ones. We found that all necessary amenities were included. The balcony overlooking the pool and ocean was a special place for coffee in the morning, lunch, and sunset cocktails. Speaking of cocktails, the ice machine in the garage was a plus for getting enough ice to make frozen blender drinks. The pool provided enjoyment for all. Some of our group utilized the workout room on the second floor. We liked the uncrowded location next to cemetery reef. We snorkeled in the clear water right off the beach and saw so many amazing fish. Our 8 and 11 year olds became very proficient snorkelers during the week. All in all, I have only positive comments and hope to return in the future.

TREMENDOUS!

This condo was absolutely incredible!!! The pictures do not even do it justice. Everything was perfect. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is perfect for cooking if you decide to stay in. Enjoying a cocktail on the deck overlooking the sunset on 7 mile beach is breathless. Cathy and her staff are extremely responsive and helpful. We rented her boat for the day and that was gorgeous as well. What a fun family experience. Shaggy and Dom took us to all the great spots - rum point, swimming with sting rays and starfish point. I highly recommend this place!!!!!

First time to the Island

When we opened the door to the condo and the ocean starred back at us, we knew we were someplace special. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen while small was efficient and allowed too many cooks to move about easily. Lots of room to have your own special quiet time and large enough to have group activities.

The island was good for sightseeing and the most difficult thing we had to do was drive on the wrong side. But---we always had our utopia to return to.

Best Place On Seven Mile Beach

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. I will always remember the amazing ocean view---especially at sunset. And what a great pool in the backyard with the beach and ocean as its backdrop. Sea Breeze is close to everything---about ten minutes from the airport. Loved being close to so many different restaurants too. We loved it and will be back!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN PERFECT LOCATION!

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful Condo at Sea Breeze. There were three couples and we had plenty of space and privacy. The condo is beautifully decorated with all high end furnishings. The kitchen was perfect for our "foodie" group. We enjoyed cooking several evenings and then enjoyed several of the nearby restaurants the other evenings. I can't say enough about the amazing and expansive views!! The location on Seven Mile Beach is perfect! We walked right out the condo building and snorkeled at cemetery reef. We cannot wait to go back. Cathy (the Owner) was so enjoyable to work with and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
