Lazise Apartment
The property is an apartment in a stunning, old building and the view from the terrace is magical. The terrace is ideal for a family get-together but we were disappointed that the bbq was absent and we didn't want to do any cooking in the kitchen which was quite small and very hot.
The configuration of the bedrooms was a little odd in that one of the bedrooms could only be reached by walking through one of the other bedrooms. While this might be OK for a family with children it would have been difficult for more than six adults.
The bedroom that looks out on to the square was far too noisy for us. Some of us were kept awake until gone 2am because of the noise from the bars and restaurants.
Communication was not the best - we had already left the UK when the owners tried to contact us and we did not receive their requests for information about arrival time and so on. This was NOT the fault of the property owners - we found it difficult to make contact once we were away from home.
The owners of the property are lovely - we would rent from them again but Lazise was not for us.
