Recently refurbished property in exclusive part of Marbella. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants in San Pedro. The Guadavillas complex is located next to a golf course the beach and the promenade with its many places to eat, drink and shop. The beach promenade stretches from San Pedro to Puerto Banus. San Pedro location between Pauto Banus, Marbella and Estapona is ideal for access to the best areas on the Costa del Sol
San Pedro has just finished a rejuvenation programme with its new beachside promenade running from Puerto Banus to the far end of San Pedro where the house is located. There are many new sculptures and fountains in the area. The centre of San Pedro has had millions of Euros spent on redeveloping the centre that included diverting the main carriageway that runs through the centre of San Pedro underground that also runs the full length of Costa Del Sol. On top they have built what can only be described as an amazing central promenade with water features bridges, cafes, an amphitheatre and play parks. At night as well as the day the whole promenade comes alive with shows, and bars and street acts and markets. San Pedro is becoming one of the most exclusive areas on the Costa De Sol
The townhouse is located in a secure gated Spanish community with lovely white washed Spanish styled houses and tropical gardens. As you walk in the kitchen is open plan with breakfast bar and electric cooker, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cutlery for cooking and home fresco eating. The washing machine is located on the roof terrace.
On the ground floor you have a toilet and a large living room/dining area with air-conditioning that leads to the outside area where you will find the outside table and chairs and BBQ. From the garden back gate you have direct access to the path that leads to the beach. Also on the ground floor is the ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom & air-conditioning. Ideal for those who struggle with stairs
On the first floor you have three further double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.
From the top floor you can walk out on to the top terrace for sun bathing. The top floor is also where you will find the firth bedroom/second living area that is large in size with air-conditioning
The house is 260sqm with five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and offers views across the golf course and down towards the sea
The townhouse is fully furnished and comes with large LCD screen, DVD in the living room and music system as well as broadband with access to Internet TV.
We have just finished re-furbishing the majority of the house and purchased new sofa's and other furnishings. The new kitchen is bright and open planned with new cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Outside has a new BBQ, sun lounges and tables & chairs

Why Warren Dashwood chose Guadalmina
We choice this property because it has two large swimming pools with life guards in the summer months and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. It is easy walking distance to the town of San Pedro for shopping and the beach is just 200 meters with its new boulevard and restaurants and market. Guadavillas was built in the 1980’s using traditional methods but with modern construction and still holds that charm of an old Spanish village that you would only find up in the hills.
What makes this House unique
For the price you will not find a larger house 260 sq meters that can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. This year we have spent £50,000 in upgrades to the whole house. Including £8000 on new air-conditioning units in all rooms. The house is also located at the back of the complex overlooking one of the greens on the golf course which is ideal for watching golf. To the front you have views of the mountain range. From the back of the house you step out onto the path that leads down to the beach and the chiringuito. A major plus for pool lovers is that the two pools are never busy and because of the location there is no traffic noise unlike soem resorts located along the AP7

Just come back from a fantastic two week holiday in Marbella. The house was amazing with plenty of space and lovely outside areas. The modern kitchen was an absolute delight to cook in and the centre island was the main area used during our stay. The living room was also large with cable TV which kept the children entertained as well as good size dining table for the all-important meals
The shops, cafes, bars and restaurants was very close by and the beach and boulevard was easy walking distance. We had a car but did not think we needed to use it every day. Loads to do in the area including bike hire that we enjoyed as well as loads of child friendly play areas in the centre of town. The owner was very helpful and courteous. Definitely be returning in the future.
Good to hear you enjoyed your stay. The location of the house is ideally positioned for enjoying many activities. It is also very close to the centre of San Pedro for eating out and shopping. The beach is a stroll away and the lovely walks along the beach promenade is excellent. With the 2 large pools that are never to busy and the exclusivity of the complex it’s the ideal place for a holiday. Hope to see you all again in the future
Good property with all facilities for a comfortable family holiday
This property is close to a shingle beach and beach club. The house is modern clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. Each bedroom has bathroom ensuite or next door. Beds are comfortable with nice linen.air con.available.
Rooftop terrace..little gem.groundfloor has patio with barbeque.the 2 swimming pools directly accross from property.
Fantastic family holiday
Family with 2 adults, 3 teenage boys and Granddad. The location and the house was absolutely ideal. Downstairs bedroom with en-suite for Granddad and three large bedrooms for the teenage boys and a massive master bedroom all with there own bathrooms. With the beach and town center walking distance it was ideal for letting the boys go out and do their own thing. The house was large and the kitchen was absolutely superb. The town center comes alive at night down the back streets with all the little bars and quirky shops and restaurants. The center boulevard was great for riding bikes down as was the beach promenade. The boys walked into Puerto Banus that can be walked in half an hour along the beach promenade.

This year they have expanded on the center boulevard and extended the boulevard going up into the town with water fountains, planted areas of flowers and seating areas with cafes and bars. It looks amazing. Photos I am hoping to upload later in the year. Puerto Banus can be walked in half an hour but I normally bike down there in 15 minutes. A great family holiday villa
Easy booking with a very responsive and helpful owner. Villa well situated with everything one could need for a family holiday. Great pool which had a fab shallow end for my little kids, was. Never very busy and a lifeguard Lovely outside area to eat al fresco. Even games , books and dvd's! Would love to come again!

Lovely well equipped home in a fabulous location
We stayed at Casa Sunrise for 2 weeks between 5th and 19th August 2017. We were a group of 4 adults, one teenager and 5 children. We all had a lovely holiday. The house is well equipped and very clean. We did not want for anything. The location is superb- so much to do in walking distance and in the local area. The children loved the pool. Highly recommended!
