Why Paul Pedersen chose Marco Island

We decided years ago that we would eventually winter in Florida in retirement and searched for over 5 years for the right place. This condo fulfilled our wish to be directly on the beach with a view of the sunset every night. Marco Island is quiet and safe and surrounded by the ocean and the everglades.

What makes this condo unique

When you cross the bridge on to the island you feel like you're leaving the bustle behind but still have all of the conveniences.
