Beautiful rustic property with a total area of 21,000 m2, consisting of a set of 3 independent buildings and isolated from each other. This farm has all the advantages of an individual property, but can accommodate groups of up to 20 people in the 3 homes, in a total of 9 bedrooms plus 1 outbuilding for extra beds, with 3 separate kitchens, 3 separate lounges and a large glass room perfect as a meeting point with space for up to 40 guests.
The maximum total capacity of the houses is up to 15 guests. Additional and free of charge, up to 5 children (under 12 years old) can be added. For legal reasons, in no case will overnight stays be allowed for groups of greater capacity than authorized for each of the homes.
The complex, surrounded by terraces and gardens, consists of the following 3 houses with independent holiday tourist license:
a) Ca's Misser: beautiful old house full of charm and history. This house is composed of a main building, with a large kitchen-dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them en suite with the master bedroom), a beautiful room in the oldest part of the house and a spacious loft.
Accessory and next to the large pool that has this house, we find an annexed building that is completely independent. This building has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a living-dining room. Its location next to the pool makes this stay a perfect location to enjoy the pool and the good weather of Mallorca.
The Ca's Misser farm is registered in the Register of Tourist Housing, with a capacity of up to 9 adults (over 12 years).
b) Ca's Misser Petit: housing of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en suite), living room and 1 large room dedicated to dining and with a capacity of up to 40 guests, perfect for family gatherings.
The Ca's Misser Petit farm is registered in the Tourist Housing Registry, with a capacity of up to 6 adults (over 12 years old).
Each house has its private services (kitchen, bathrooms, washing machine, appliances, etc.), which make each group feel comfortable, with the privacy and privacy desired. The extensive garden that surrounds the farm has a volleyball net, soccer goals, table tennis, a parking for 8 cars and various environments where you can relax to read a book, have a tea or enjoy the calm and relax. environment.
Algaida, known for its good gastronomy and its ancient traditions is one of the largest municipalities in extension of Pla de Mallorca. Located in the center of the island, you can easily reach points of interest, both in the north of the island, the Sierra de Tramontana and the paradisiacal beaches of the south of Mallorca or the capital of the island, Palma. Only 5 minutes by car from the farm you can find the golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca, and 20 minutes the well-known Playa de Palma or s'Arenal, ideal for leisure time.
If you arrive by the Manacor highway, you will see a series of elements immersed in the landscape that personalize the town; the almond trees, the figuerals, old hostels and undulating paths that take us to Randa, the highest mountain in Pla and the best viewpoint in the interior of Mallorca. In Algaida, a balance between the elements of the mountain and the plain is clearly manifested, both in the forms of its wide landscape and in its inhabitants.
The first 100€ of consumption (approximately 290kWh) are included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the customer, the price of 0,35€/Kwh. During the low season – when heating systems might be necessary- a total 100€ of consumption will be included for each booking, independently of the system being electric or non-electric. Non-electric heating systems can use gas, gas oil or propane as the source of combustion depending on the installation type in the property.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Free Wifi in all homes and very good signal in most of the outdoor areas.

Each house is an independent tourist establishment, and a contract will be made for each of them, dividing the total price offered here between each of the 2 tourist homes.
In case of leasing the property for the celebration of events, the lessee will have the obligation to request to his position any type of administrative authorization that for this is necessary.
