This is a no smoking, no pets or animals condo, I could be fined $100 per incident. This is a great place for traveling nurses, long term vacations and Winter Texans/Snow Birds who need a home away from home. This unit has a full size stove/oven, cabinets microwave, refrigerator, dehumidifier, one large sink, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The bedroom wall and door to the unit hallway has been removed giving a larger space to the bedroom. Most condos in this establishment have small bunk beds for children in the hallway opposite of the bedroom wall and door, but in this unit a large dresser cabinet with entertainment sit in its place. There is no privacy to the bedroom within this unit do to the modification, similar to any hotel room. The bed is a queen size bed. The sofa in the living area is a click/clack/futon sofa and can expand into a queen size sleeping area. The condo is on the second floor of the middle building near the back, but has a view of the beach and bay. Two TVs, one 40" LED TV in the living/Kitchen area, the second 28" LED TV is in the bedroom. The TV and Blu-Ray player have web apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, you will need to log in with your own accounts. Free secure WiFi in condo unit. Fresh towels and sheets are put in before every guest arrives. Extra towels can be found in the hall closet as needed as well as cleaning supplies and soaps. Basic cable is provided through Time Warner. The condo complex is a bit dated and showing signs of age, but this condo unit has been modernized a bit. :)
I'm an IT Manager. I like traveling, visiting the beach, fishing, camping and learning about history and cultures. I lived in Corpus Christi most of my life except when I served four years in the army as an enlisted. Being in the army allowed me to travel and see many different countries and cultures. I've enjoyed the experience and continue to travel to see and learn.

I chose this property because of it's close access to the beach, pools, gated community, covered parking, large vehicle parking area, laundry facility, fitness room, ice machines, grills, and numerous condos to choose from.
The benefits is the close proximity to the USS Lexington WWII Aircraft Museum, Texas State Aquarium, restaurants/bars such as Black Beard's, Fajittaville and Pier 99. A few minutes from a fishing pier, public boat ramp, and souvenir shops. Just over the harbor bridge is a Hurricane Water Park, Minor league Hooks team at Wataburger Field Baseball park (farm for the Houston Astros), American Bank Center for concerts, boxing, wrestling, Fury arena football, Ice Rayz hockey, Islander's basketball. Art museum, Science and History museum. Rentals for jet skis, boat, Segways and qaudricycles along the sea wall. More restaurants/bars such as Executive Surf Club on Water Street and Brewster's Street Ice House with both locations having live music on weekends, down the street is Concrete Street Amphitheater for Country, Rock and Hip Pop concerts. Selena Museum on Leopard St. near Holiday Inn Airport. The condo is centrally located, with Rockport/Fulton to the Northeast and Padre Island National Sea Shore to the southeast and all the towns in between, Portland, Ingleside, Aransas Pass and Port Aransas.
We had a fantastic time in Corpus Christi, and the property was exactly like the pictures on the site. Perfect accommodations for 2. Ram was great to deal with - made everything easy and effortless.
This property is very close to downtown Corpus Christi - close to Live Theatre, close to sporting (Arena/Baseball), close to the attractions on the North Shore - USS Lex; Aquarium (which we spent time at both.)
If we are ever in the area again - we will certainly look for this unit again. Thanks for a perfect vacation!

Although the condo was great I am only giving 4 stars because of the property. The property was definitely in need of cleaning and repair. There was chipped concrete, peeling paint, and dirt and/or garbage in the elevator, laundry area and hallways. The condo was clean and neat - everything was in good repair. The only suggestion I would have would be to put a different welcome mat out. One with "bristles" would help get the sand off shoes. If repairs were done to the property, I would definitely consider staying there again.
This condo was great for our weekend getaway to Corpus. We were very impressed with how clean and well maintained it was. Loved having the extra storage and TV in place of the bunk beds. Lots of kitchen items and toiletries provided. The only down side is that I wish I could've brought my dog, but that seemed to be the policy of the property and not the condo owner, so I can't penalize them for that! Overall, I would highly recommend this condo.
The condo was very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated and offered a great deal of ameneties. I didn't have to bring much because this property had all the necessities such as kitchen appliances, towels, and toiletries if needed. The property was very secured. The owner put a great deal of effort to insure the tenants were very comfortable. The beach was only a few feet away. This property was within walking distance to the entertainment/activities/restaurants that Corpus had to offer. Myself and my husband were very impressed with this property and plan to stay here again.
Beautifull, fully renovated, clean, well maintained condo. Traveling with young child. All amenities needed for a stay away from home were available. Condo on the beach and centrally located. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Owner provided great customer service.
The USS Lexington Aircraft Museum and the Texas State Aquarium are just walking distance from the condo.
