There is always wildlife spending time eating the fruits of the yard which is frequented by Birds such as Blue Jays, cardinals and robins along with rabbits. The Studio House is full of modern decor in a classic American neighborhood full of bungalow and cottage style houses.

We stayed here a few nights and really enjoyed it! Neighborhood was nice. We chatted with some neighbors and they were friendly. Everything was easy as far as check in and check out. Location was near several things we needed to do and there were plenty of food places close by. Highly recommend Florence Park Cafe a couple blocks away!
We hope to stay here again!
Check in is very simple with very clear instructions. As we entered the property we thought this is exactly what we expected. On the dinning room table we found detail on the property as well as things to do around town. We made ourselves at home and then went out for prearranged plans for the evening. When we returned late that night, we discovered that the neighborhood was very quiet. We stayed two nights. We were a little disconcerted because when we rolled back the bedding we found little specs of debris in the sheets (lint and or hair pieces??) The kitchen is very nice. The fridge, stove, and countertops are all high quality. The cleanliness of the home could be improved upon. We discovered crumbs on the couch, dust and cobwebs in the living room underneath the tv stand, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, and the kitchen floor needed to be swept.
We were in town for just one night. The bungalow was the perfect size. We slept well. We found it easily.
Very cute house and backyard. The sinks in the kitchen needed some attention, but other than that, felt right at home.
My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Great central location, close to downtown, Cherry Street and Utica Square. The house was just as described and had everything we needed. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again!
Matt & Jamie were very easy to work with. Although we did not meet them personally, they made it very easy to access the rental. Furthermore, they were very efficient at getting back to us with any questions we had. The bungalow itself was beautiful and spacious! Everything you could need to feel comfortable and have a good time was available in their home. And we loved the location. We are hoping we can stay longer next time to fully take advantage of all their place has to offer!
