Brixham makes for a fantastic place for a break on the English Riviera with its pretty harbour shops restaurants a beautiful seawater lido and a sandy beach. Just across the bay is the chic resort town of Torquay which can be reached via a ferry from Brixham harbour which regularly makes the fifteen-minute journey throughout the day and into the evening. Just outside the town Berry Head National Nature Reserve which offers scenic walks and beautiful views as well as opportunities for rock climbing and kayaking. It is clear before even entering this property just how special this Grade II listed townhouse is.The elegant lounge situated at the front of the property offers a cluster of comfortable sofas and armchairs positioned around the attractive feature fireplace above which hangs the TV/DVD. A separate dining room has a sleek contemporary dining table and a feature fireplace as well as a window which looks over the rear patio area. Outside there is a small patio to the rear of the property directly outside the kitchen. A second seating area takes the form of an elevated decked courtyard which is accessed either from the second floor or via external steps from the ground floor. There is roadside parking available near to the property or guests may prefer to use local pay and display car parks.
