A cozy, well appointed 70 square meter apartment in a 4 story building with a modern sleek elevator. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen (large) bed and the other with 2 single beds as well a modern fully equipped bathroom and a separate WC, a modern very functional kitchen with a clothes washer and no long hallways to contend with. For extra comfort there are ceiling fans as well as Air-conditioning/heating (under demand: 7€/day) throughout the unit. Located behind the famous 'Castillo - Santa Barbara Castle' and near the ‘Mercado’ you will find yourself in the colorful yet quiet ‘Bohemian Quarter’ close to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, drug stores as well as many other shops and facilities. It is roughly a 3 minute walk to both the ‘Tram’ station as well as a number of bus stops where one can take any of a number of clean and efficient buses including the Airport Bus. Also, it is a mere 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the magnificent board walk and the beautiful Postiguet Beach. This apartment comes with a shared rooftop terrace which will allow you and your party to enjoy magnificent views of the Castle during both day and night. Born in Madrid, during my younger years my parents often brought me to Alicante to enjoy its charm and lovely pristine beaches. For a while I lived, studied and worked in New York City. Remembering the good times I had in Alicante, I returned in 2006 and have been here ever since. I like the sea and love taking long walks with my adorable dog Mika (whenever she wants to) in the many quaint neighborhoods Alicante has to offer. Great location, lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay in Teresa's apartament. The place was spacious, clean and the apartment's privileged central location will allow you to walk to most of Alicante's attractions.

Teresa was an excellent host, made us feel welcome and was very helpful.

We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend it. If we ever come back to Alicante, we will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful from start to finish....

I am so lucky to have found Teresa and the apartment, and to have had a first class experience with HomeAway.

Firstly, Teresa ....an outstanding and first class host, so professional and helpful. Teresa responds immediately to requests. When I arrived she went through everything, completing all the appropriate paperwork and took me through all in the apartment. She gave me advice in relation to shopping etc and knowing I was on my own for a month kept in contact with me, especially when I was sick for a couple of days.

Secondly, the apartment ....lived up to my expectations exactly. It was immaculate with hotel quality towels and bed linen. Everything you needed in the kitchen, a hairdryer better than the one I have at home and a/c (which I didn't need) and fans in the lounge and bedrooms, which I did use and were very effective. Excellent shower and instant hot water as well.

It's location is superb and I walked to the old town, restaurants and ports within minutes. From the roof terrace there is a wonderful view of the castle.

Don't forget that this is the city with all of the sights and sounds that go with it. ( I live in the countryside )

Overall I had a first class holiday, thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment and would absolutely recommend Teresa and this property.

Confortable, clean, nice, close to the center

The apartment is at a great location. Very clean, confortable, well equiped. Close to the center. Beautiful walk to Saint Barbara's Castle through the forest. Spectacular sea-views from La Ereta park, right behind the apartment building. The Mercado Tram station is just a couple of minutes away. All kind of services around. Good choice!

GREAT APARTMENT IN THE CITY CENTER

Great apartment , great location!. Close to everything. Amazing views to the Castle from the rooftop. Beds very confi and ceiling fans really great. In general very confortable and easy to manage. Teresa was very helpful and recomended places to see and visit. Totaly recomended
