3B/2B Spacious Beach House with Ocean Views, Two Decks, Short Walk to the Beach

This spacious beach house was recently renovated with new wood flooring throughout, two updated bathrooms, expanded kitchen, and fresh paint inside and out. Most furniture and all mattresses are brand new. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths within 1700 sqft.

- Lower Bedroom #2 -- 4 Twin beds total (twin bunk beds, twin bed with twin trundle)

Upstairs great room includes a large kitchen overlooking the dining area and an expansive living room. A large comfortable sectional couch and two club chairs provide plenty of space to enjoy the views, watch movies on a 50 inch flat screen HDTV (with DirectTV cable), or play a board game. Or unwind on the wrap-around upper deck, where you can grill on a 46,000 BTU propane BBQ.

The dining area has a huge 7ft wood dining table that can comfortably seat eight. The kitchen is well stocked in case you want to make an epic meal with fresh seafood from local markets.

The lower deck is perfect for lounging and enjoying the ocean breezes. Drink your morning cup of coffee at the outdoor table or relax in one of the Adirondack chairs.

Very clean and comfortable home!

We stayed three nights in this beautiful, fully updated house in Morro Bay. Everything was sparkling clean. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were new and very well done. The open floor plan works perfectly for a group of people - kitchen with large counterspace, facing the open area with large table (seats at least 8) and super comfy sectional couches. Great large size TV which worked perfectly. Internet was perfect as well. Linens were clean and fresh and the three bedrooms provided plenty of room for three couples, or two couples with four children. Overall a very spacious house. Ben was terrific to work with - he was quickly responsive to any questions we had and he has certainly done a great job updating the house. We were the first to use the new kitchen!

The location was not as pleasant for us although typical for that area. Infrastructure is run down, buildings are very old and exteriors not kept up well. If there are good restaurants in the area, we did not find them. Food was not enjoyable, so that aspect was disappointing. I should add that we are from Orange County CA, so for us, the Morro Bay experience was not that enjoyable. I think we just couldn't help making comparisons, and these are two extremely different cultures. We went to several beautiful beaches: Grover Beach, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach and Morro Beach and although the natural beauty was very enjoyable, we were disappointed in the overall run down look of the area. We did go to the Avila Valley Barn, on Avila Beach Drive, San Luis Obispo, CA, which was fabulous. Tons of wonderful produce in a farmer's market setting, with farm animals (goats/chickens) there as well. Lovely place.

In just one word WONDERFUL

This is our second time staying in Morro Bay at the Panay Beach house. The house is perfect. The Bathrooms had been redone last year and this year a Brand New Kitchen.

The house has all the amenities for a family. Ben & Chau have created a perfect vacation home. We found this location very relaxing and just what we needed to unwind and get ready for the Holidays. This time we traveled up the coast to Big Sur and saw the Elephant Seals. We also went downtown Morro Bay and shopped the wonderful Thrift Stores.

Can't wait for next year's stay.

This house is so relaxing and perfect for a getaway

The Panay Beach house is fantastic! We visited Labor Day weekend with our family and enjoyed the view, the beach and the friendly seaside town of Morro Bay. The house is well organized and has all the amenities for a family including wi fi and plenty of room. The house is easy to navigate and makes for a simple and wonderful vacation. The beach is only a few minutes drive or a 10 minute walk from the house and this beach is amazing. We spotted dolphins in the ocean water and horses being ridden on the beach. The children explored tide pools and collected shells. Morro bay is idyllic. I would come here again with my family to the Panay Beach house.

Amazing, perfect, fantastic!

This house was beautiful, with a spectacular view of Morro Rock from the deck. Very clean. The upstairs shower is a dream! A short walk to the beach. Just 20 min from Cambria. It has everything you need, even martini glasses! My only complaint is that we were not able to stay longer ;)

Relax, Enjoy, Explore!

Another trip to Panay Vacay and it just gets better and better. Both bathrooms have been redone, and it looks like they went down to the studs and started all over. They did a great job. Brighter, airier, beachier! Lots of time and effort went into getting this done right. The house is just so comfortable you can’t help but relax the minute you get there. Enjoy the views from the deck (great views of Morro Rock and the coastline – and you can hear the surf!). And make sure you walk up to the top of the street to check out an even greater view of the coast. Also, go to the Embarcadero in Morro Bay and check out the Fiona Bleu Gallery, the Garden Gallery, and get oysters on the half shell and fish and chips at Tognazzini’s Dockside. And if you head up the coast make sure you check out the little town of Harmony and Harmony Glassworks. Treat yourself – book some time at Panay Vacay – you won’t regret it.
