A spectacular lodge for hosting multiple families.

  • 5 of 5

To be honest I chose this place for the entertaining factors(arcade, big buck, basketball, & pool table) since there were so many kids in the group. This home gave us more than I could have even wished for. Our group had 5 families for a summer trip to the Smoky Mts.(13 kids ages from 17- 1) Everyone was pleased with this home, adults included. Our Mom, 67yo who has RA and recently broke her foot, joined the group so the elevator was a great asset. The Kitchen came stocked and was large enough for everyone to gather around and not feel like we were getting in the way while cooking. The downstairs gave the kids a space to play and have fun without bothering everyone else. The older kids(teens) enjoyed the loft to play pool and hang out. The adults all loved the deck’s rocking chairs, incredible views and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and each room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The layout was perfect for multiple families not to feel crowded. It has everything described and more. Sunrises were worth the early wake up. Tara was great about any request made during our stay. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to make incredible memories in the Smoky mountains. A list of activities our group did while here include white water rafting(rip roaring adventures),tubing(river romp), zip lining(wahoo), hillbilly putt putt, Cade’s cove, alpine coasters, forbidden taverns, hiking trails, Mt bike riding(climb works), & Gatlinburg for lunches. Lots for all ages to do!!

Fathers 80th birthday along with family reunion

  • 5 of 5

This was the best trip. unfortunately it rained every day but we were determined to have a good time and of course we did....We did have a break in clouds a day or two and enjoyed the mountain views. The cabin was great. plenty of room and the games kept the kids busy so they never got bored. Memories made forever.

House had plenty of room and the layout was great.

We had all of our extended family stay and everyone had plenty of room. Great location. Manager responded quickly. They did have a bee issue on the back deck, so I would check to make sure it was taken care of before renting.

Owner's Response: Thank you for staying with us. Our exterminator came on Monday morning to work on the wooden boring bees. It is a very common issue at log cabins.

Everything that you needed for cooking was there in great condition, which is not common in most places. The owner was was so amazing and very helpful. It was a home away from home.
