Newly built modern apartment in the area of ​​Altos del Mediterraneo is a gated community with high security. The area has a large outdoor pool and an indoor heated pool. There is also a gym with treadmills and Turkish sauna. Private parking space is included inside the area. The apartment is on the third floor with two lifts, it has 2 bedrooms with large closets and two bathrooms with shower and WC. Washing machine is in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a successful holiday. Large balcony (east / south) of 23 m2 with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The balcony has dining furniture, lounge furniture and gas grill. Wifi internet, via fast fiber internet. 40 "TV with Spanish, English and Scandinavian channels (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish).

Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, a large supermarket with deli, bank and all other kinds of services. In walking distance (or bus outside the area) is La Zenia Boulevard which is the coast's largest shopping mall with 150 shops and several restaurants. La Zenia nice beach is just 2.5 km away.

Villa Martin's fine golf course is just 1 km away. Several other golf courses are within 5km.

Beautiful appartment. Home from home.

We wanted somewhere away from the main resort and this fitted the bill for us. A beautiful and clean apartment which is well equipped and has everything you need if you do not want to eat out.We did end up hiring a car though as the bus service is virtually non existent. Private/safe parking is allocated to the apartment inside the gated complex.

The supermarket is on the opposite side of the road to the apartment and there are a few good cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk from the apartment in particular Rolos- cafe, Mateos - Italian and Shakira - Indian. A 20 minute easy walk takes you to the centre of Villamartin if you want something a bit more lively.

Very nice apartment!

New and very nice apartment in the best location. We liked the indoor pool now that it is not possible to swim outdoors. Close to many great golf courses. Very safe gated community. Would heartily recommend this accommodation.

Super apartment with super location!

Very nice and clean apartment with everything we needed. 100 meters to supermarket, restaurants, banks and more. We had a car and it was nice with private parking inside the area. Very safe. However, you do not need to have a car when you stay here when everything is close. Easy communication with the owner and get the key on arrival. Must also mention the huge balcony with wonderful views. Highly recommended.
