Rustic stone. Immersed in the green hills. Wonderful panoramic view. A few minutes from the sea and from Pietrasanta, a famous art city, a destination for artists, even in winter. Close to the main Tuscan cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Florence, Siena, the enchanting town of San Gimignano ... The property has a garden with a large, in-ground private swimming pool which, with its gradual depth, is suitable for both to adults and children. Arranged on two floors, with two large living rooms with sofa bed, a kitchen with pantry, two bathrooms (one on the first floor and one on the second), two bedrooms, a quiet place for a perfect all seasons; the beautiful surrounding mountains allow to make excursions at any time of the year.
It is also possible to take guided horseback rides for children and teenagers on the green and peaceful hilly paths.

Perfect holidays on a quiet and splendid place, authentic toscany house, we definitely recommend !,

Authentic toscany villa keeping the spirit of local villages equipped by very nice pool, where we had a lot of fun with our kids. Novella is very nice person, always ready to help in order to improve our stay. House is very nice located with a splendid view to the valley and the sea at the end. Only recommendation we might have - to add some outside grill among the house equipment. We liked a lot our stay here and we can only recommend!

This is a lovely villa full of rustic charm, it has stunning views, private pool, and welcoming host

This charming and characterful rustic villa offers a great base to explore the beaches, hills and towns of Tuscany. The villa is secluded, offering a great deal of privacy and has a great outdoor pool. The villa is full of antique furniture making it feel like you have stepped back in time. Novella and Roberto are very welcoming hosts and always on hand should you need anything. This was really an ideal getaway holiday destination.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht um sich zu erholen

Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen Urlaub in dem Objekt gemacht. Wir hatten schon im Vorfeld einen netten Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Und auch während des Urlaubs hat sie uns wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus war wunderschön, mit allem was man braucht. Für uns das Wichtigste aufgrund der Hitze war der Pool. Dieser war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben es unheimlich genossen auf der Terasse zu sitzen und über den Pool hinweg in den Ort bis zum Meer zu schauen. Besonders Abends war die Lagen traumhaft. Insgesamt war es ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund. Wir kommen sicher wieder. :)

Belle maison typique avec magnifique piscine

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la maison de Novella. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine. La région est magnifique, les habitants sont charmants. Nous avons visité avec nos 3 enfants et beaucoup profité de la piscine. Novella la propriétaire est une dame gentille très discrète avec qui la communication est optimale. Elle nous a conseillé des endroits pour dîner où nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avions eu aussi des conseils pour les plages mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de le faire. Nous avons émis quelques remarques à Novella qui est au courant de ce que je vais expliquer ci-dessous. Merci pour votre accueil Novella et pour la bonne semaine que nous avons passé dans votre maison ! Ce que nous avons aimé : * La magnifique piscine, très bien entretenue, très propre. * La vue superbe sur la baie avec la mer * La gentillesse extrême et la disponibilité de Novella, la propriétaire des lieux. Merci ;-) * Situation idéale pour visiter Pise, Pietrasanta, Carrare, Lucca, ... Ce que nous avons moins aimé : * La vétusté de la maison et son équipement général. La maison est ancienne. Nous aimons les vieilles pierres et cela ne nous pas du tout dérangé. Le gros problème est que la maison ne s'est pas modernisée depuis longtemps. La vaisselle est trop juste pour 5 personnes (assiettes, verres, etc). Avec la chaleur et malgré le fait que nous avions maintenu les stores fermés, il faisait très chaud à l'intérieur. Il manquait des ventilateurs. Nous l'avons demandé à Novella pour la chambre des enfants mais malheureusement, nous n'en n'avons pas reçu. Les ampoules du lustre principal qui manquent quasi toutes (1 seule fonctionne), c'est donc assez sombre le soir. * Il n'y a pas 3 chambres comme précisé dans l'annonce mais bien 2 chambres. Mes 3 enfants ont dormi ensemble grâce à un lit d'appoint, celui-ci devrait être changé car il est très vieux, ma fille de 25 kg sentait les lattes au niveau du matelas. * Nous avons aperçu des rats dans les arbustes à côté de la table à manger. Nous l'avons signalé à Novella qui a mis directement des pièges. Nous lui avons conseillé de faire appel à un dératiseur.
