The beach starts in your back garden of this lovely property and with great views from the elevated veranda. Claremont Beach House offers contemporary and spacious living over 2 floors and offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The vast up-stairs lounge with balcony also looks straight out to sea and down onto the large terraced garden featuring fire-pit hut - great for when the weather turns bad or winter evenings, a large solid wood table, gin terrace and garden bar.

The upper level's vaulted light and airy lounge is huge with a high atrium and, looking out the glass paneled front, offers a unique sea view which gets even better when you step out onto the balcony. There is a double bedroom with king-size bed and additional sofa bed, which features a luxury en-suite with bath/shower, WC and basin. Also on this level, there is a large twin bedroom, a further bedroom including bunk beds as well as another bathroom with bath/shower, WC and basin. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, utility, dining, second lounge area with direct access out onto the veranda which leads down to the garden and the beach. There is a double bedroom, a large twin bedroom and a luxury Villeroy and Boch family bathroom with bath/shower, WC and basin. All bathrooms include underfloor heating.

Short breaks are available from 75% of the weekly rates for up to 3 nights for certain periods throughout the year - please enquire.

Awesome house, beautiful scenery

Fantastic place to stay with the family, has everything you need, quite literally. Beautifully decorated and you won't want to leave. Plenty of room we stayed with 10 adults and 2 children with plenty of space for some quality family time.

Loved it and would love to return again and again..

Lovely House

The house was fabulous, clean, fresh bright with everything you could have wanted. Only problem was we didn't have long enough there. Would love to return in the summer.

Excellent house for a family gathering

The house is perfectly located for easy access to the beach , with good outdoor space for BBQ, lounging in the sun - or if inclement weather ,a fantastic BBQ hut . Our party of adults one baby and a dog had a great time .

Claremont Beach House is next to the beach at Greatstone-on-Sea on the Kent’s Southerly coast. New Romney is the nearest town and has the lovely Miniture Steam Railway that takes you through to Hythe. There are a good selection of shops and a choice of restaurants and pubs in the town. The Pilot at nearby Lydd-on-Sea is one of the best Fish and Chip restaurants known in the UK and within walking distance for the fit. Kent has many attractions, but you will probably want to spend your time at the beach side or eating alfesco at this fantastic venue!
