Las Moraditas is a hill side location just a 5 minute drive to the pleasant cosmopolitan Town of Adeje, situated on the prestigious Costa Adeje coast line

Our 2 bedroom property is a traditional family home and offers a good size living room with a solid beam ceiling and typically Spanish ceramic floor, with patio doors leading to a large terrace, garden with a large Jacuzzi and parking area, with panoramic views of the southern region of the Island, the Atlantic Ocean, with the Island of La Gomera to the right and the sleepy hills of Mt Tiede in the distance.

The living room

A large open plan living area opening up to the large sun terrace, the room is fully furnished to a high standard. Offers a flat screen television with over 50 Channels, including BBC, ITV,Channel 4 & 5 plus the room offers comfortable sofas for all.

Kitchen

Fully fitted separate kitchen with Microwave Oven, Fridge-Freezer, Electric oven and grill & a gas hob. A kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all the kitchen utensils you made need. With ample Hot & Cold Water. Plus a dining table and six chairs.

The washing machine is located outside in the utility area.

Bedrooms

The master family bedroom will sleep up to 4 people, includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes and has the added advantage of an en suite bathroom with large shower, bidet, wash basin and toilet.

The second bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people, includes a double bed, a double wardrobe and dressing table with ample dressing space. Next to this bedroom is the main bathroom that has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

There are numerous mirrors that have plug sockets nearby ideal for hairdryers etc.

The property has a large private terrace leading of the living room through patio doors, with the sun all day long and amazing views that you can sit, relax and enjoy watching the sun come up and go down. The terrace also has a large sun blind for when you need a little shade and enjoy a meal outside with the table and chairs. the terrace leads on to a flat garden area with plenty of room for the Bar B Q area ample space to sun yourself all day and relax in this very private location, with the added advantage of a large Jacuzzi to warm and spoil yourself, while facing the panoramic views of Tenerife

The easy parking is right outside of the front door

Las Moraditas is located on the south of the Island and only a small distance away from the TF1 motorway leading to Las Americas & Los Cristianos. The International Airport is only 15 kilometres away.

Golf

With two of the Islands most prestigious Golf Courses close by, which offer beautifully kept greens, practice range, golf shop and club house. Costa Adeje golf course is the nearest not only can you see it from the terrace it is only a 10 minute drive away, the course consists of a 9 hole and an 18 hole course. The famous Abama hotel and golf course is also only a half an hour drive to the west of the property. Plus in easy reach are Las Americas golf club, Los Palos, and 2 golf clubs on the Golf de Sur complex near the airport.

The Location is ideal for many types of holiday requirements, for a family holiday, walkers, bike riding & guests who prefer to be away from the crowds, but within easy reach of many amenities such as Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Banks, English speaking, Chemist, Sport facilities, & Gym. The 2 main large supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away and one of them is open from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week. You can take advantage of the coastline including the smaller bays and beaches and the larger more poular beaches, all only a short distance away.

Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service

All towels and linen are supplied, there will be a linen change every week, the house will be clean and prepared on arrival, any further cleans can be arranged for an extra charge if required. We ask that the towels are not used for the beach

Travel

As we recommend a car it should only be a 20 minute drive

This is a lovely bunaglow set at a very competitive price, very comfortable, with large Jacuzzi in the private garden. We bought this property for the beautiful views of Las Moraditas, it is a typically Spanish area, we felt we were really living in a safe rural location

Completely private bungalow in its own grounds with a large Jacuzzi and private garden with fantastic views of the Island, Atlantic Ocean and the sleepy Island of La Gomera.

This location has the advantage of being away from the madding crowds, but is only a few minutes drive to the town centre of Costa Adeje and many amenities including lidl, Mercadona, MacDonald's, bars, restaurants, beach, gym, paragliding & pony trekking

Lovely, but............

First and foremost we had a lovely time but there is one fault to this property.

The rooms are quite clean and well presented if somewhat a bit sparse, and everything was as advertised as on his advert, except for one thing, there is rather a large house which dominates the backdrop to the letting. Nowhere in the pictures in the advertisment can this property be seen because of the angles the owner has used to take the shots. I mention this as the house completley overlooks the hot tub which is probably what you would want privacy most for. I did sent a email asking if it was private to which the reply was “yes”.

On the upside the people who were staying or living there did retire for the night quite early so no big deal, but must say it feels a bit uncomfortable to be overlooked when your trying to chill 😕?

Please be more upfront in your advertising Mr Knight, my partner wasn’t very happy on the first night, which is regrettable, we double check everything to be sure that our holiday is exactly what we are looking for so the overlooking house was a bit of a let down to be quite frank.

I send this with kind regards as we did enjoy ourselves, but come on matey, be complety honest.

Owner's Response: Sorry you had a problem with the location, we do describe the property as private, which it is from the fact no one comes on to the property plus the entrance is used just for our guests and the garden and Jacuzzi are located in the properties own private grounds. The property is let at very competitive rate and would not expect that our guest would imagine it is in it's own ground with so much space around it that there is no other houses nearby, as those sort of properties are available on this site but for a very much higher rate. With reference to our photos we try only to photograph only our own property as the owners of other properties would not want them shown on the world wide web

La Casita Las Moraditas

Hi Paul and Jo

Many thanks for our stay at La Casita. We had a lovely time and the weather was good, particularly towards the end of the week when we went to Mount Teide and La Gomera.

We managed to get all our groceries at Lidl on christmas eve and cooked christmas lunch successfully!

The property is very spacious, comfortable and we loved the sunny terrace. Just a couple of suggestions, you really need shelves in the en suite bathroom near the wash basin to put toiletries on. We had to put them in the bidet which was not ideal! Also, we did not find the frying pan very good for stir frying as it has three compartments rather than a flat bottom but we managed.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind review The En-Suite bathroom has just had been refurbished we were just about to finish but we thought we would not decorate the room just before your arrival, because of the smell of new paint this is why the shelves have not been put up, sorry for the inconvenience. Dieses Haus könnte ein "Schatz" sein, wenn...Wir wurden bei Ankunft von der netten Reinigungskraft begrüßt,die das Haus innen soweit sehr gut gesäubert hatte.Die Lage.. der Blick:ist traumhaft.Besonders vom Jacuzzi,wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.Die Betten sind gut,gute Matrazen.Allerdings könnte es wirklich ein top Haus werden,wenn:in der Küche sind die Stühle sehr fleckig.die Kochtöpfe,besonders die Pfannen sind überholt und abgenutzt.der Gefrierschrank wurde wohl schon lange nicht mehr abgetaut,der war voll vereist,nicht nutzbar.es gab keine Kaffeemaschine,nur ein Kaffeebereiter.der Wasserhahn tropfte stark+unter dem Spülbecken war es total dreckig.im Wohnzimmer ist 1Sofa+1Sessel,also max. für 3Per.Sitzmöglichkeit.kein Stubentisch,nur kleine Tischchen,es gibt kein deutsches TV.Außen bräuchte es die meiste Pflege: die Gartenstühle haben keine Auflagen,der Gartentisch ist fleckig und durchgebogen,so dass die Teller nicht gerade stehen können.es gibt nur 2 Sonnenliegen.was macht man wenn man mit mehreren ist?die Waschmaschine ist auch dreckig gewesen und der dort befindliche Wasserbeuler kaputt,so dass Leitungen frei liegen.es gab nur 1 Wäscheklammer für den Wäscheständer.Es sind viele Fliesen kaputt, so dass man vorsichtig gehen muss. Sonnenschirme sind total zerflättert,unbrauchbar+es gibt auch keinen Ständer dafür. der Grill..eckelig,verschmutzt,nicht nutzbar. Wir machen schon seit 8Jahren Teneriffa Urlaub,in verschiedenen Gegenden,verschiedenen Hausern von Spanierer, Engländer, Deutsche- aber solch schlechten Zustand haben wir noch nie angetroffen.Der Jacuzzi hebt das ganze Bild, allerdings kann der hintere Nachbar immer genau zuschauen, wäre schön, wenn man das etwas privater gestalten würde.Was das gesamte Ergebnis auch noch schmälert:es wurde nach einer Woche ein Wäschewechsel gemacht,obwohl wir dem Besitzer vorher geschrieben hatten,dass es nicht Not tut.dieser folgte unangemeldet.hinterher bekamen wir eine unschöne Nachricht vom Besitzer auf unser Handy, dass wir wohl mit mehreren Leuten (nicht nur wir zwei) dort wären, da beide Schlafzimmer benutzt sind(wie wir es aber gebucht hatten)+ das wir keine Ordung hätten.Wir arbeiten schon seit 40Jahren mit Gästen:wenn ein Gast ein Objekt gemietet hat, kann er es in dem Zeitraum so nutzen, wie es seinen Bedürfnissen entspricht,natürlich pfleglich.Auch achtet man die Privatsphäre des Gastes. schade dass man den Besitzer nicht selbst traf, um zu reden,wie angeboten+man so negativ beschuldigt wurde.
