-1 single room(ideal for children): bed of 0,90 x1,90m and desktop

The apartment is located a 1 minute away from the public transport stops. Underground stations as well as bus. It's only 15-20 min walking distance from the city center. This makes really easy the connexion between the apartment and the public transport.

Neighbourhood and surroundings:

The flat is located near various good and cheap supermarkets so you can easily get food and other stuff. The apartment is as well close to interesting areas to go out for having dinner.

The apartment is located in between Jesus and Patraix's districts. Near the flat one can find the "Espacio la Rambleta", which is a multicultural hub where every type of cultural activity is welcomed as well as art expositions. The building is situated within the "La Rambleta's Park" which is the green lung of the south of the city, a nice place to have a walk or rest surrounded by green areas.

Rules of the apartment:

36 are to be paid when doing the check-in as cleaning fee.

Stays of 4 people: There will be available only two bedrooms and the two bathrooms. ( Apart from the kitchen and living room).

Stays of 5 and 6 people: The whole apartment will be available for its use.

It is not allowed to smoke in the bedrooms. It's only possible to smoke in the living room near to the window using the ash-trays you can find in the house in order to be able to keep the house as smoke-free.

Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment, and it is forbidden making noise between 22:00 and 8:00.

Extra cleaning fee for pets 15€ per pet.

If used the dinnerware set will be left clean before check-out
