About this property

A swimming pool just for you, a splendid garden, the river a 15-minute walk away, beautiful hiking trails : everything you need to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, just 10 minutes from the village of Les Vans !
The gîte is very comfortable: quality bedding, fully-equipped kitchen, living room with TV, Italian shower, WIFI...
You'll enjoy a magnificent view, ideal for relaxing in the sun or in the shade of the old lime tree on the sun loungers or around a table !
The eco-friendly gîte has been designed with the well-being of its occupants in mind.
Bed linen and household linen are provided, with the exception of towels.
The gîte is 5 minutes from the charming village of Les Vans, with its many restaurants and shops, and, of course, its fabulous Tuesday and Saturday markets.
It's also 2 km from the village of Chambonas, with its magnificent bridge over the Chassesac river, good restaurants and Thursday market.
If you'd like to swim in the river, we've got the best spots for you!
The swimming pool is reserved for you, no one else swims in it. It's surrounded by greenery, with a magnificent view and several sunbathing areas.
The pool is open from May 28 to October 7.
We ask you to clean the studio thoroughly before you leave or to pay €40 for cleaning.

Un lieu idéal pour déconnecter . L'environnement trés arborré, la piscine idéale pour faire quelques longueurs. L' hote nous a fourni toutes les dates de marché des producteurs . la semaine n'a pas été assez longue pour tout voir . il faudra que l'on revienne .

Enfer à cause des moustiques

Une seule nuit passée sur place, œdèmes tres importants sur le corps suite aux piqûres de moustiques : 57 en une seule soirée. Remboursement très partiel des hôtes.

Noys avons adoré nos vacances. Seuls au monde,la nature magnifique,le calme et le silence!La piscine rien que pour nous,l ombre du tilleuil...Marc et Christine sont dicrets mais là en cas de besoin.seul ombre à ce petit coin de paradis,les moustiques ...

Mitten in der Natur

Grandiose Lage - nahe an der Chassezac. Herzliche Atmosphäre, Ruhe, Erfrischungsmöglichkeit am wunderschönen gemauerten Pool. Auch für Vogelfreunde interessant: Pirol und Bienenfresser auf dem Grundstück. Wir konnten unsere Woche genießen! Vielen Dank! Ines und Michael

Séjour Magique

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine, le cadre est magnifique ! Notre première fois en Ardèche inoubliable ! La région offre de belles balades et découvertes. Les baignades dans les rivières à ne pas manquer ! Logement agréable, accès à la piscine est vraiment un plus! Nous remercions Christine et Marc pour leur accueil et cette agréable dernière soirée :-) Nous vous conseillons Les Vans, Joyeuse, le Cirque de Gens superbe également !
