A 1 bedroom apartment of 45sqm with a nice terrace of 15sqm located in a newly-built modern and stylish building close to Port Vauban.

A traditional apartment with a large, private outside terrace that adds to it's charm. Ideally located for anyone wishing to visit the abundant nearby tourist spots, have a quiet retreat away from it all, or for the balmy beach lover or sailing fanatic. Set on the edge of the old town, tastefully furnished with all modern amenities. The flat is only a 5min walk away from the Antibes train station where frequently run trains will take you to Nice or Cannes in less than half an hour, as well as many other destinations.

A fully-equipped open plan kitchen and living room includes a chic dining table and 4 chairs, a smart sofa, a television and direct access to the terrace which is perfect for relaxing. The sofa can be easily converted into a second comfortable double bed. The Master bedroom and living room both have direct access to the terrace through large glass double doors that fill the flat with natural light. Highlights in the main shower room with a large vanity basin with mirror and a stylish heated towel rail. There is also an additional WC in a separate cloakroom.

Ideal for a long or short-stay holiday where you can make the most of all that Antibes has to offer: beaches, restaurants, traditional food and crafts markets, sailing etc... This apartment is in a quiet area but within the heart of the town, close to the port and all amenities. It's a short 2min walk to the old town with its picturesque cobbled streets, ramparts and stunning sea views. There are plenty of lovely scenic walks, whether you stay close by and explore the Cap D’Antibes - a wonderful, wooded, hilly area, full of chic villas you find down little lanes that lead to nowhere except a great view – or venture further afield to the Parc de la Valmasque – a parkland of soft undulating vales encouraging enriching nature observation walks, family activities and sporting tracks. You can even follow an artist trail around Antibes, as the town has celebrated the many artists who fell in love with the town by putting stands at all the places where the artists set up their easels and captured the scenes for ever. (An easy to follow map is available at the Tourist Office). For those who love being on the water, it is possible to hire sailing boats, speed boats, kayaks etc. from Antibes and its neighbouring Juan-Les-Pins, or merely gaze in awe at the huge range of immaculate super yachts moored in the nearby port. You can travel further afield by taking a ferry boat across the water, visiting the local islands, or even pop over to San Tropez for a day trip and a genuine San Tropez tan. Bicycles, mopeds and even roller blades can all be hired from local shops and are a wonderful way to explore Antibes and the Cote D’Azur coastline.

A brilliant place for a break

The apartment is so well situated, it is near the harbour, shops, bars and of course fantastic restaurants. Antibes train station is only few minutes walk away. The apartment is modern, light and airy with a sun terrace just what is needed.

Great stay!

The appartment is modern, cosy and very clean, equipped with everything you might need. We also loved the terrace, quite big and with a table where we had relaxing meals. Very useful are the two toilets and the garage for the car. Old Antibes and the beaches are just a few minutes walking. Ivan, the owner, is very kind and available for any need.

Lovely!

This is a beautiful new appartment situated in the old town very close to the port.We were warmly welcomed by Ivan who went to a great deal of trouble to make sure that we would be comfortable.The whole appartment was spotlessly clean. No need for a car here as the train and bus stations are very accessible.Many lovely places to eat in Antibes and towns to visit along the coast although spending the entire day on the very large shaded patio is just lovely. We will be back!

An amazing flat in a stunning block, fantastic location in the old part of Antibes, very close to the Harbour, very good Restaurants and Bars.

Lovely walks around the Cap.

The Railway Station is in close walking distance with frequent trains to Nice, Cannes and beyond.

Appartement agréable et tranquille dans le centre

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Antibes et particulièrement apprécié ce petit appartement tranquille. Son emplacement est parfait. Il est très bien situé entre la gare et la vieille ville, à deux pas du port. Pratique pour sortir le soir au restaurant ou pour une ballade sur les remparts ou le matin pour le pain. Il est dans un immeuble moderne de standing très sécurisé avec parking-box pour la voiture ce qui dans le centre d'Antibes est un grand plus. Calme aussi car il donne sur la cour intérieure. On déjeunait tous les jours sur la terrasse protégée des regards par une haie. Un petit havre discret, bien décoré et confortable. A privilégier si vous voulez passer une semaine dans Antibes même.

Well located single bedroom appartment.

Although a one-bedroom apartment we used it for four people with minimal organisation as there are two lavatories and basins. Beautifully furnished and decorated with spacious balcony including electrically operated awning. The apartment is well located for rail station, marina and old town. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Double bed is super-comfortable. We had a car which we could store in a secure underground garage. Antibes is well positioned for exploring the whole of the Cote d'Azur.
