5 * penthouse, at the corner of the top floor, total surface area 234m2. Luxuriously furnished, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom with shower. Front and rear living area 2 large terraces with luxurious furnishings. On the roof above the penthouse, a private terrace of 123m2 up to 24 luxury wicker chairs / sunbeds. Optionally, adequate shade by sunroof. Can largest resort pool. Islands, 1200M2, separate toddler pool. Near the sea, beach and Club Bahia Beach with its Balinese sun beds. The village of Palm-Mar is very quiet, not really touristy. However, very centrally located to all the popular tourist attractions such as Aqualand, Siam- and Jungle Park. The port of Los Cristianos close and the beaches of Playa de las Americas. Preferably 4x 18 Holes golf courses within 15 minutes. On border village, 3 minutes from the 9 Hole golf course Los Palos. The village lies on both sides enclosed between two beautiful protected natural areas, ideal for hikers and mountain bikers.

Village itself is completely flat, not hilly.

Prachtige woning

Prachtige woning en een geweldig mooi groot dakterras met de gehele dag de zon!! heeerlijk! Rustig plaatsje met supermarkt, restaurantjes en een super gezellige beach bar. Los Cristianos was maar 10 minuutjes rijden en ook mooi dicht bij het vliegveld. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en werkelijk waar prachtig ingericht! we hebben genoten Peter! hartstikke bedankt en we komen snel terug.

Beautiful apartment & lovely holiday!

Our holiday apartment was excellent. It has the most incredible roof terrace! What we liked the most, is the fact that it's very quiet and private and you can sunbathe in such a relaxed environment. In top of this, the apartment has 2 smaller terraces. The apartment was bright and spacious and it's decorated with style. We also loved the beds and the fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and new. The lady who received us was very friendly and helpful. The complex has a massive pool, but unfortunately it was out of use at the time we were there. The owner informed us about it, which we appreciated, so we knew that was the case when we booked our holiday. Palm Mar itself is modern, clean and quiet residential area with plenty of nice restaurants and lovely little beach. Perfect.

Bel appartement mais...

On nous a caché que le vue du solarium ainsi que d'une terrasse donnait sur des immeubles en construction et de surcroît à l'abandon. De plus, il y avait un problème de fuite à la piscine donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter malgré les belles températures. Enfin, la météo a été clémente ce qui a arrangé beaucoup de choses et les habitants de Palm Mar sont très sympathiques.

Owner's Response: Yes, indeed Las Olas has a neighbouring resort, which is under construction, due to the crises in 2008. No work at all until now, so therefor no construction noises at all. Even no human noises, since it is under construction. Absolutely quiet. The pool was closed indeed because of maintenance, but you admit, that you knew this beforehand.
