Incredible apartment all brand new 3 bedroom a few meters from the sea, has a double bed, two single bedroom, two bathroom, kitchen linens and towels, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beach and city are supplied a few meters

It is located in a third floor without elevator including Bath Towels and Wifi

The beach is a few meters, and a new leisure place to eat tapas and wine, with the best cuisine in the quarries in the port market

The beach of Las Canteras, one of the best urban beaches in the world, with a natural rock barrier, which allows enjoy the sea as a pool.

The whole area of ​​Las Canteras, is a lively area with a walk along the beach 3km, with a great gastronomic and cultural offer throughout the ride. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea, walks and sports site.

Along the walk you can enjoy various options, the beach area girl and surroundings is ideal for diving glasses, but about 500mts are beaches for surfing, with a great atmosphere, you will also find many surf schools and padding.

You couldn't ask for a better location

The house: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were awesome and there were extra blankets and pillows in the closets if you wanted them. The second bathroom is quite small so we used the bigger one in the morning to get ready. The shower was good but ran out of hot water quickly so get in and get out. The area was perfect for two people. The kitchen was well equipped but could use some sharp knives, and more than one tea towel, as we cooked in the kitchen every day. There is a washer in the apartment which was also a great bonus. The microwave and oven were top of the line. There is also a kettle, iron and lots of cups and bowls etc.

Location: It doesn't get much better. The only thing would have been a view of the beach but we are on the wrong g side of the building. The beach is literally a block away. Out the door and you are on the board walk that is filled with restaurants, bars, and local shops. I got up every morning and went to the market. Which is a block and a half away. (left out the door and on the other side of the street) The SPAR just a block further is where we went for milk and eggs etc.

Information: Jonathan was who we booked with and he was very prompt on answering everything for us. Maria as the contact once we got there and was great. There were maps etc in the apartment and if you needed anything she gave us her number and answered immediately. She will give you suggestion for food etc and Jonathan provided places to go before we got there.

If you rent a car just past the apartment is a parking lot. It's about 10 dollars a day. I don't think they charge much overnight. Street parking in the blue zone is .65 Euro and free from 8pm to 9 am. But it is hard to find parking on the street.

The apartment is exactly what we needed and does have some nice touches and is newly renovated. I would definitely stay here again.

we were very pleased with the apartment. plenty of room for 2 persons (1 double bedroom, plus two single bedrooms). modern and clean. excellent location for us. three flights of stairs not a problem for us, but guests need to be aware of this. the only (minor) problem is that there is absolutely no view out of the windows. we weren't expecting a sea view, but were disapponted to find that it is not possible to look out of the window to see what the weather outside is like. is it raining, is it windy? every window looks directly onto an opposite wall a few metres away. the sky cannot be seen. that said, we were overall very happy.
