About the property

Our beautiful apartment with with it's glass curtain terrace offering fabulous panoramic open views over the first and second fairways and across to the mountains. The spacious garden is fenced and gated which makes it ideal for small children and well behaved pets. The large communal gardens and pools are accessed from here.

The master bedroom has full sized wardrobes and a king sized bed. The second bedroom also has full sized wardrobes and two single beds. The living room has comfy seating and a dining table and chairs or alternatively dine in the conservatory where there are also relaxing sun beds. A large flat screen television has all the European channels. There is free WiFi. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you could wish for.There is a washing machine but should should you prefer to have sheets and towels laundered, this can be arranged for a small charge.

There is a secure underground garage. Tennis and paddle courts are a short walk away as is the football pitch and outdoor gym. Children have their own well equipped playgrounds. There is a large pool and a children pool close by as well as others on the resort.

The old Hacienda has been beautifully restored and boasts a stylish restaurant and bar. There is also an extremely well stocked supermarket on site.

This is a safe,peaceful,gated resort that has 24 hour security. There is always someone available on site should you require assistance or should a problem occur during your stay.

The village of Sucina is a five minute drive away. It has various excellent restaurants, friendly bars, supermarket,chemist and shops.Although a car is recommended to make the most of the area we can arrange pickup and drop off Murcia (San Javier) airport which is twenty minutes away and also Alicante airport about one hour away. They are both served by the budget airlines.

Shuttle bus

Our guests can use the facilities at all the Polaris World resorts, including golf courses,pools, bars and restaurants. There is a shuttle bus to take guests between the resorts.


The 18 hole 72 par PGA championship golf course is part of the renowned Jack Nicklaus golf trail, one of many outstanding courses in the area. A golfers paradise! There is a fully equipped pro golf shop on site where clubs and buggies can be hired.Discounted resident green fees apply.

Mar Menor

The stunning Mar Menor is a twenty minute drive away. It is Europe's largest lagoon, protected from the open sea it is warm,calm and quite shallow with a good variety of water sports to try. The long sandy beaches are flanked by a wide promenade where there are bars and restaurants.The beautiful old cities of Murcia and Cartagena are easily reached by car or by taking the train from the nearby village of Balsicas.

Beautifully kept and well equipped apartment

We have a week at this apartment on Hacienda Riquelme and it was fabulous. Spotless and welcoming. Close to the clubhouse, shop and bar yet lovely and peaceful. Would recommend, will return.

Muy bien la casa (ubicación, utensilios, con internet, etc, muy completa!), los dueños, la gente de allí, la urbanización bien cuidada y tranquila. Cerca de la piscina y supermercado. El pueblo de Sucina con todo lo que necesites. El único pero es que no te dejan soltar al perro, nosotros que llevamos un labrador que necesita correr y nos llamaron la atención varias veces (y eso que lo soltabamos donde no molestaba). Aún así genial y repetiremos.

Perfecto y acogedor apartamento muy tranquilo con todo lo necesario par disfrutar de unas vacaciones

Una urbanización muy tranquila y grande con todo lo que puedas necesitar sin tener que salir de ella supermercado restaurante cafetería piscinas pistas de tenis etc la playa a tan solo 20 minutos en coche el apartamento genial amplio y sus dueños super atentos apesar de estar en la distancia muchas gracias a John y Sue repetiriamos sin pensarnoslo.
