Four night minimum stay. Sleeps 10
This was a great choice for us. We had plenty of room and the location was great. 1 Block from Central Park!! We would definitely use this townhouse again on our next trip to NYC.
Large home which was great for two families to stay together in NYC.
The brownstone was as described and accommodated our group of 10 family members quite comfortably. We thoroughly loved having the big main floor kitchen and living areas to gather in the evenings, rehash our day and plan the next. Great location with the subway a block and a half away. We did have a couple of house issues, nothing major, and with a quick text to Chris, the property manager, we had a response and a plan to get them resolved. We ranged in age from 8 - 70 so the upper floors helped us reach maximum numbers in "steps" for each crazy day. David was great in answering questions as we were booking our first VRBO. Definitely would come back to Doctor's Row.
Loved the townhouse. Kitchen great for entertaining and cooking. Bedding very comfortable. Only recommendation, which I made, is to include a sitting chair in each of the queen bedrooms and a desk chair in the third floor queen bedroom. Looking forward to a return stay next summer.
Loved this house! It was very spacious , light and clean. The kitchen was amazing and very well equipped, opening onto the lounge which was ideal for our group with three small children. We also appreciated the travel cot that was provided, the spacious bedrooms and having three bathrooms. The basement was huge .The location was great for getting around, with two subway stations within easy walking distance, and a short walk to Central Park. There was a small supermarket 5 minutes away, and a wonderful Wholefoods shop a little further on. David was very accommodating as we were later arriving than planned, and he also allowed us to leave our luggage in the house until late afternoon on the last day. All in all it was an ideal house for our extended famiy, visiting New York for our daughters wedding in Central Park.
great place for a large group of friends or family get together. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very comfortable setting to relax and entertain, would definitely stay again
