5 minutes drive to the stunning blue flag beaches of the Costa Azahar. The area benefits from pleasant temperatures from March through to October, Oliva is at the heart of Spain's orange growing region.
The ground floor offers lounge with log burner, well equipped kitchen, dining room and WC. The lounge includes TV with English satellite channels and DVD player. The dining room can be easily converted to additional small room for 2 people using single futon beds provided.
The first floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with ceiling fans. There is a walk in shower room with toilet. This floor also has a sitting area with bed settee and a small range of books, board games and films available for use.
There are 2 spacious sunny roof terraces separated by an enclosed summer kitchen, utility and dining area. The front terrace overlooks roof tops and the traditional blue tiled roof of a nearby church. It provides an excellent vantage point to view fiesta processions.
A light-well from the roof, through the centre of the house allows the Spanish sun into every room.
The house is equipped for all seasons with fans for summer and log burner and gas fires for the winter. A cot, high chair and baby bath can be available, if required. The house is more suited to couples or families with babies or older children. You may feel the stairs are less suitable for younger children, however we have young children ourselves and stair gates can be available, please contact us to discuss your needs.

There is a cafe and a greengrocers in the square a few minutes walk and supermarkets less than 10 minutes walk from the house.
The old town of Oliva has traditional Spanish winding streets and squares with cafes, bars, shops and churches. New town Oliva offers restaurants, shops, and a weekly market. There are numerous play areas for younger visitors, and the seven kilometres of beautiful blue flag beaches. There is also a golf course and spa nearby.
Places to visit in easy travelling distance include Gandia, Valencia, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Javia and Jalon Valley. Guadalest, Xativa and the Simat monistery have stunning views of the inland landscape.
Valencia airport is approx 83km/1 hour drive or can be accessed by train to Gandia followed by taxi or bus connections. Alicante airport is approximately 100km/1.5 hour drive.
