About The Owner

We currently live in the UK and have 2 young children. My parents have a house in nearby Gandia.

Why The Owner chose Oliva

My parents have had a house in nearby Gandia for 13 years. We have 2 young children and have enjoyed many family holidays in this area. Oliva has a great range of shops, restaurants and play areas. The beach is stunning and great for playing, swimming or relaxing with a beer. Oliva is well placed to visit up and down the coast or further inland. There is information in the house of nearby places to visit and activities available in Oliva itself.

We are situated in the old town, there is street parking and a free car park within 5 minutes walk. There are signposted historical walks around the old town from our house.

What makes this house unique

This is a home from home but with fantastic weather most of the year. We love the roof terrace and sitting with a glass of vino and a cheese board in the evening is delightful. The house is equipped with shutters, fans and shade if you prefer. It is cosy and comfortable. Oliva has great road connections to the whole area. there are rail connections at nearby Gandia and Denia.

A beautiful house in the sun.

This lovely house in Oliva is a real home from home. We have just returned to the UK after spending 10 wonderful days there. We received a lovely welcome from the owners parents and nothing appeared to be too much trouble, thank you again B and A. We found the house clean and tidy and was in the perfect position for exploring the surrounding areas, It’s convenient for the local bars, restaurants and shops. The beaches are great, we cycled there on the bicycles that were left for us. The roof top terrace with a fully functioning kitchen was a real gem, perfect for relaxing with a cold drink at the end of the day.

Lovely house in a perfect location

  • 5 of 5

Had a great stay in Oliva. Booking no problem throughout. The owner's parents met us at the property and couldn't have been more helpful and kept in touch throughout the week. The house has everything you could possibly need and the outside space is wonderful. We were lucky to go during the Falles festival and start of Holy Week so were treated to some fantastic fireworks, and parades which literally go past the front door. All amenities are within a short walk from the property and the beach is a 40 min stroll through the orange groves. Will definitely be returning. Thanks.

Great house, well equipped and comfortable and a great base from which to explore the area.

My wife and I spent a week in February at this lovely house and could not have been more pleased with the facilities on offer. There was everything that we could possibly have needed for our stay. The real bonus for us was that we were met at the property by the owner’s Mum and Dad, who showed us the best eating place locally and could not have been more friendly or helpful during our stay; truly lovely people. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property.

Oliva eine Reise wert¨!

  • 4 of 5
