3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms en- suite, the third open plan in a large alcove with its own dedicated bathroom.

Modern, ski-in, ski-out, apartment with full length balcony and stunning views of Les Dents du Midi mountain range.

The apartment is relatively new and is light and airy, well-furnished and equipped, with whitewashed walls and pine ceilings throughout. There are three large floor to ceiling windows looking out to the mountains with absolutely no other properties to spoil the view. The two en-suite bedrooms allow you to lie in bed and look out over the mountains in the morning. The apartments are called Sundance as the sun sets over the mountain range providing a spectacular evening scene.

In the summer the area offers excellent walking and mountain biking facilities with some lifts working, and the surrounding area is chocolate box beautiful with Lake Geneva close by offering a range of water sports.

The apartment has all mod cons with Wi-Fi, TV with lots of channels, DVD, IPod player as well as a modern open plan kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. Perfect for self catering.

You can put your skis on in the morning immediately outside the apartment block and take them off standing on the terrace in the evening. In no time at all you can ski into the French part of the Portes du Soleil or choose to stay in the quieter Swiss side. You can easily ski to Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets or Chatel as well as Swiss resorts like Champoussin and Champery. The Portes du Soleil is one of the two largest ski areas in the World with a claimed 650 kms of pistes and 200 lifts. For the adventurous the famous “Wall” is visible from the village and there is a dedicated snowboard park.

Les Crosets is a delightful hidden gem of a village at the very top of the Swiss section, and boasting a multitude of lifts and a number of bars, restaurants and shops as well as a ski school.

There are skiing levels for everyone including snow parks for the adventurous. No driving or long walks to the lifts.

The Apartment was wonderful and we were so lucky with the snow, thanks. It snowed like mad on our way up the mountain, just managed it with our 4 x 4 as I'd forgotten our snow chains for the rear wheels! Switzerland's snow was a bit thin on the ground but at least we had it all week. The skiing was much better in Avoriaz and around the French side as they had had snow the week before too. Very luck, as I said, as Avoriaz had only been giving lift passes out to people staying within that resort the week before as there was no snow on the Swiss side so apparently people had to drive/bus for an hour to find other snow and even then it was poor skiing. Love Mountain Lodge for a drink but not eaten there. Love L'Table and enjoyed Chez Nelly.



So, all in all, a very good holiday with some good skiing. The apartment is so well done out with every utensil that you can think of! It was really a cold snap whilst we were out there so the bath was the most used... although the showers are amazing with such power.

  • The bathrooms are a good size, modern and smart with pine and white tiling. One has bath plus shower, the other two have walk in showers. The water pressure is superb.The third bathroom is off the entrance corridor and is used by those sleeping on the sofa bed or in the third bedroom alcove as the third bathroom is opposite.They each have a WC and handbasin.

  • Bedrooms have excellent unspoilt views of the mountains and are well proportioned. There is access from them to the balcony . Each of bedroom 1 and 2 has an en suite bathroom, and then there is a third bathroom for the third bedroom / alcove which has a single bed which converts to a double. There is a chest of drawers and wardrobe in each of bedroom 1 and 2 and a wardrobe and shelves next door to the third bedroom. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and in other parts of the apartment.There is a sofa double bed and with 3 couples each couple has their own bathroom.

The apartment is one of around 15 apartments in the Sundance built in 2005 in Les Crosets , which is a small hamlet above Champery. Ski in/ski out and access to lifts is about 50 metres away. . All rooms are pine with white walls and wood floors. Very smart and clean. For further details please ask for our website address. Light, spacious and and airy apartment with fantastic views. You can obtain tokens from the concierge to use washing machine facilities. In Summer you can get a pass for CHF 2 per person giving use of all lifts buses and trains in the area.

Great property, very comfortable and well equipped in a fantastic location

We stayed as 2 families with 7 in total and we loved it. We could ski pretty much to the door and the view from the bedrooms and living room was beautiful. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and very comfy with everything that you need. Great place!

Perfect Location, spacious apartment, super clean and well equiped

Thank you Patrick for letting us rent your fabulous apartment in Les Crosets. We have been back for three days and are missing the beautiful views we enjoyed from the bedroom and sitting room. As a family of 6 the apartment suited us very well and it was certainly a real bonus having the three bathrooms. There is lots of storage and hooks for ski gear and the apartment is light, spacious and very well equipped. The children appreciated the extensive DVD collection! For skiers its very easy to get to the slopes and for anyone unfamiliar with the Portes du Soleil ski area Les Crosets could not be better situated to take full advantage of not only the Swiss skiing but also the French skiing as well. In the floor below the apartment there is a huge boot room for skis and boots and a lift means you are not lugging stuff up and down flights of stairs. We will definitely be back.

Wir waren sehr überrascht von der grosszügigen Wohnung. Es war sehr sauber und fast alles vorhanden was man für eine Woche so braucht. Einzig ein Käsefondue-Set fehlt.

Mit den Ski kann man direkt vom Haus aus auf die Piste.

Perfect

This is an excellent apartment - it is well furnished, equipped and best of all, located within a stones throw of the slope access. It is very comfortable with a double, twin and separate twin, all of which are en-suite. Great for families with teenagers, infants or older siblings. Lovely views from kitchen and two main bedrooms as well as easy access from the road. It has proper radiators, always useful in the mountains as well as a dish washer - brill. To sum it up, I wish I owned it!

Skiing trip

This is a very spacious and well appointed chalet. The furniture is light and the chalet quite bright with a good view of the mountain range behind the main building. It is very well located for those who like to ski door to door and not very far from Geneva. The resort is part of a great skiing area with easy access into France and the resorts within the Portes du Soleil.

Nous avons été râvis de notre semaine de ski aux Crosets. L'appartement est très agréable avec une super vue sur les dents du midi. Il est très pratique, spacieux, confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La localisation est très bien avec un accès rapide aux pistes et un retour à ski. Le domaine skiable est très agréable et très varié.

Les Crosets is a small, quiet village at the very top of the mountain at a height of about 1700m.It is just in Switzerland on the border with France and in the Portes du Soleil above Champery. It boasts a fantastic array of ski lifts and easy access to the whole Portes Du Soleil. Normally you can ski in and out of the apartment. The nearest lift access is about 50 yards away and involves a short gentle ski to the first lift, beside the slope for infants. That then takes you in less than 3 minutes to the large general ski-ing area of Les Crosets. The mountain road ends in Les Crosets . There are a number of restaurants and bars,shops including two ski-hire shops and a well stocked supermarket. There is a ski school. Les Crosets area is very pretty and has a lovely location situated with mountains all around.

You can drive to Champery which is a lively and attractive town or down to the main town (Monthey) at the bottom of the mountain. It takes about 20 minutes. Lake Geneva is about 30 minutes away and the drive along the lake is absolutely stunning.You can go to Montreux where there is a statue of Freddie Mercury. The Swiss Rhone valley is nearby with lots of vineyards.

There are thermal baths nearby in Val D'illiez.
