Modern studio apartment in the centre of Palma

Comfortable accommodation with pleasant outlook. Although central, the location is in a quiet side street. Choice of good restaurants nearby. Excellent tapas!

Well equipped kitchen and useful washing machine.

Needs lighting on the staircase which is quicker to respond when you enter from the street.

Great location with open outlook

The apartment has a clear view to the harbour giving a sense of space. Cecilia provided helpful information to smooth our journey by bus from the airport and also on the many things to see in the town. Highly recommended.

Nettes kleines Apartment in optimaler Lage für Nachtschwärmer

Wer die Nähe zu Palmas Hafen und Altstadt sucht, ist hier richtig.

Das Apartment liegt in einem renovierten Altbau (mit steilen Treppen) und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es liegt wirklich sehr zentral hinter der Llotja am Paseo Maritimo. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping-Spots sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wer einen Mietwagen hat kämpft mit den Tücken der ORA oder geht ins Parkhaus. Aber wer nur in Palma unterwegs sein will, der braucht kein Auto. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nicht weit.

PALMA ist eine wunderschöne Stadt

Ich hatte das Apartment Mar gebucht und Oliva bekommen. Im Mar waere der Blick noch schöner gewesen, aber auch aus Oliva gab es einen schönen Blick.

Wenn es nicht so warm ist, ist das Apartment nicht so geeignet, weil es nur die Klimaanlage gibt und diese warme Luft von oben an den Hals zieht.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, um die Stadt kennen zu lernen.

In der Küche fehlte mir eine Porzellan - oder Keramikschuessel für Salat oder Nudeln oder Reis.

Bright loft with balcony overlooking a garden. Located in the emblematic neighborhood of La Lonja. In the only street with unobstructed views of the area. The street is quiet, no buildings outside the home but a nice garden, a chapel and characteristic Gothic building of La Lonja de Palma. A 2 minutes from the Cathedral and 12 minutes from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, mueseos, streets to enjoy shopping, supermarkets, cafes, playground. Subteraneos two car parks in the area: PARC DE LA MAR ANTONIO MAURA and just 5 minutes walk. Two minutes from Club Nautico de Palma.
