This beautiful well designed boutique resort project is all about luxury, located just a stones throw away from the beach, the Tomb of the Kings area, Paphos Lighthouse and a short walk to Paphos Harbour.

This tastefully landscaped oasis radiates quality from the moment you enter this gated community. Set slightly back from the sparkling communal pool, in a quiet corner is this new modern apartment located on the 1st floor. Modern open plan living starts when you enter through the front door. The living room and kitchen diner are flooded with light from the large windows. The apartment is dressed to impress from comfortable cream leather sofas and a designer dining suite all in keeping with the owners quest for a modern seaside interior. The kitchen has all you need for a self catering holiday, including dishwasher and washing machine. There are patio doors leading to a good sized balcony off the kitchen, where you can sit and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine and eat alfresco.The spacious theme carries on through an archway to the right leading to a hallway where you will find two very large bedrooms, tastefully decorated offering cool hues offering a sense of peace. The excellent location provides a quiet, calm, blue flag, beach. Full water sports in season are also within about 300m. Historic sites abound, one of the attractions is the harbour area with harbour bars, cafes and shops. For access there is a regular bus, about 4 minute ride or about a 30-40 minute walk along a newly constructed no motor vehicle pathway that runs right along the edge of the beautiful blue sparkling Mediterranean Sea. Superb for walkers, joggers and cyclists! The beach is sandy and the shore line rocky with fish pools and is perfectly safe for swimming all day, or that refreshing dip before breakfast, glorious! Nearby is the Kefalos Beach hotel plus shop and cycle hire, through the lobby down the stairs for the bar/shortest walk to the beach and nearby the Elysium 5*, one of the few on the Island, again, over-looking the sea with coffee or a glass of wine and their fresh cream cakes are to die for. Nearest airport is Paphos Airport with bus service or is about a 25 minute taxi drive. Car hire not required, everything you require is an easy walk, unless you wish to explore the Island. A local bus service is about a 3 minute walk. To airport on public transport for approx 2 euros each. Take the 615 bus from Tomb of Kings road to Harbour bus station 1 euro, then 612 to airport, approx 1 euro. For arrival reverse; bus stop is directly outside the airport terminal building.
