The second floor has a one bedroom with a 1 King size Bed, full bathroom, jacuzzi, 2 waking closets and a powder room.
The first floor has a full kitchen, dining room area, full bathroom, closet and living room with a Queen size sofa bed. (Very comfortable).
In the closet you have available 3 Rollaway Beds that neatly folds and the folding frame has swivel wheels for ease of movement. Mattress has Only the Highest Quality of Foam - Foam is CertiPUR-US Certified.
We have also a 1 Pack'n Play (portable crib) with spring mattress.
Include one covered parking space.

This is a corner unit and that gives you the advantage to have bay view and ocean view!
For your convenience it is a 2 story apartment with 2 full bathrooms, separate kitchen, separate dinning room, large living room with very comfortable and large sofa bed, closets upstairs and downstairs, formal stairway. A truly gem!!
We stayed in the "penthouse" for 3 nights. The positives are you are at the Ritz with its impeccable service. The views back to Miami were very nice and we watched a great lightening show one night. The apartment seemed like it has been pieced together with many changes that were not always thought out. In the master, the bed and pillows are comfortable, though the mattress is a bit worn and molded for two people with a ridge in between. I thought that was a negative, though my wife might have a different opinion there! The TV did not work in the master at all - "no signal". I am fairly techy and could not make it work. The master is up a staircase with windows along the way. The shades only worked on half the windows and this is the only ocean view you will have. There is no door to the master so everything going on there is heard throughout the suite. Serious design flaw there if you are having anyone stay with you.
The Master bathroom is spacious but the cabinetry in a bit of disrepair. The water closet is quite unique. Behind a door is a bidet, toilet and the shower. The toilet sits adjacent to a floor to ceiling window with a fantastic view of Key Biscayne. There is an electric shade if you prefer privacy to the view, but is doesn't work too well. Personally I enjoyed the view, but I doubt anyone looking back in enjoyed their view! The shower door and the room door have a bit of a design problem. My wife was showering and I left the door to the bathroom open which essentially trapped her in the shower. Again most of this is on display to anyone peering in from across the way.
The living room area had an eclectic array of furnishings and was rather worn, but it look kind of cool. There is an old trunk working as a table stand that suggests it is 100 years old. The cool look of the furnishing goes to the fact that was all form over function - i.e. - it is not really that comfortable. My sister and her husband used the fold out bed and despite reviews to the contrary, it was very uncomfortable. The TV did work fine in the living room, however. The bathroom off the living was nice and large, but had louvered doors, which hindered privacy.
The kitchen was large enough but had several flaws including a dirty oven.
I have stayed in several of the Ritz properties, and while the resort is up to par with what I expect from the Ritz and the views are incredible, the penthouse itself needs some TLC.
Penthouse condo was very nice with living room, dining area, and kitchen, plus master suite upstairs. Loved the unit and the resort.
If you are looking for a great vacation....stop.....book this ....then enjoy your vacation. It does not get better. So stop looking at other places
Beautiful PH at a classic Ritz Carlton. Corner unit with gorgeous views. Very clean and nicely decorated and appointed even if it is starting to show a little wear. The unit will fit 7 people - we had 2 in the master room and put the kids on the couch and 3 folding cots- and the 2 bathroom setup is great. However, there is limited privacy for the master bedroom as you can't close the door or shut it out from the rest of the living space. This one seems ideal for entertaining in the living/dining area. The bathrooms are awesome. Loved the space in the master bath. Thanks for a great stay!
Spent a week in this luxurious penthouse two level condo.
Large master suite on top level and spacious living/dining area on first level. Full kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher.
Queen size sleeper sofa and several twin size cots were perfect for my 2 teenage boys to have their own space on the first level.
Extraordinary views, magnificent sunset. Ease/privacy of apartment living with all 5-star hotel amenities including a free parking spot in the underground hotel parking lot.
Spent lots of time on the beach which was perfect for swimming and free beach towel and umbrella service was great.
Will absolutely return to this gem of a unit!!

The manager Ameila was absolutely fantastic, very responsive, had everything ready for our arrival. She is readily available. The penthouse was in good condition, everything was nice and clean. Location on the corner was fabulous if you like the peace and quiet! Overall we had a wonderful time and looking forward to return.

Definitely not possible if a new guest is scheduled to come in on the same day as check out. Guest shall be charged $500.00 should they stay later than their scheduled check out time.
