The property isvery small but ideally situated with stunning views - amazing.

The property is very small with knick knacks and large plastic lamps everywhere. We did not realise that if you do not let the owner know that you need both beds they will only make up one. The owner told us where the bedding was but because of the small space available it was impossible to move the bed to put it on - plus there was no bottom sheet. There are no wardrobes in the second bedroom so clothes hang on the back of the door - not great.

The kitchen is minute and you have no "draining" space so its dishwasher and then onto the worksurface - no cupboards. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a shower but is very tight fitting as you cannot open the door if someone is brushing their teeth etc.

Overall wonderful views but small and claustraphobic - especially bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. 6/10

Beautifulwith a fab outlook to the sea

We had good weather good food at local restaurants and a most amazing view. The apartment was excellent for two and within easy distance to Whitby using buses that came through the village every half hour. The beach was wonderful for walking on which was essential.

Superb property and location.

This was the perfect property in a lovely location. The property has everything you need and more. The views are super and is perfect for a couple or up to three. A lot of TLC has gone into furnishing the property in a style to suit the location. Good local pub serving good food, an excellent local bistro and an excellent choice of cafes. Bus service into Whitby every 30 mins and parking available right outside make this a perfect spot. The views are every bit as good as described by others on here and the beach is perfect for a lovely stroll. Next time we wish to visit the beautiful Yorkshire coast and area we would not hesitate to return to this property. Good prompt communication from the owner and a lovely welcoming bottle of prosecco made our stay was perfect. Many thanks and we will return.

Absolutely stunning location

Peacehaven was exactly that, the accommodation was excellent and the location right on the waterfront an absolute joy. Being 5 mins from Whitby and with good local shops and bars close by made our stay all the more pleasant. Honestly though just the experience of watching the ocean and fishing boats coming and going through our window or from the outside balcony was so joyful. I will definitely be booking to go back.
