Both rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning, are painted with Art Nouveau decorations and paved with antique tiles. The apartment is equipped with kitchen, bath linen, hair dryer, linens, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses. WI-FI free (5GB per week).
The apartment is set in a prestigious street in the city and very safe even at night, is located less than 10 minutes' walk from Piazza Politeama and 15 minutes from Piazza Verdi (Teatro Massimo), which means that you will have the opportunity to explore on foot the historical center of the city, which is one of the largest in Europe, the ancient markets, churches and most of the monuments of our beloved city. Always a few meters from the house you will find restaurants, pubs, the city's best shopping and anything else you might need such as supermarkets, pharmacies and so on.
Minutes away from home the main bus stops (for the Airport, the Port and the Central Station, the beach of Mondello, or City Sightseeing Palermo).
Parking: In the whole area the daytime street parking is not free (from 8 am to 2 am. And from 4 to 8 pm.), Except holidays and at night. The cards can be purchased a few meters from home and they cost 1 euro / hour.
A few meters from the house is the private parking lot and a 15-minute walk, free parking area.
