About the property

Three bedroom apartment located in the heart of Santa Cruz quarter. All rooms have french windows with julienne balconies facing the courtyard of the house - allowing plenty of ligand making it a quiet place to stay.

Living area with a "L" shaped sofa, extendable dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering - with oven and washing machine. (There is a reserved space on the roof to dry the clothes.)

There are 3 bedrooms for six guests. One twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. All rooms have a wardrobe for storing your belongings.

There are two bathrooms complete with bathtub.

The apartment enjoys a wonderful central location within Seville's old quarter, close to the main sights and monuments: Cathedral and La Giralda, Alcázar Royal Palace and Archive of the Indies.


Daily rate: 14 EUR. Private parking garage, located at 160 m from the apartment. 2.10m height. Reservation required.

Location, quiet and comfort!

We (girls trip for 4 friends) loved our recent stay at this property. It is right next to the Hotel Rey Alfonso and diagonal from Casa de Juderia with easy access to the prime sight and shopping areas of Seville. Probably best to ask taxi to take you to Hotel Rey Alfonso to most readily find the apartment. Each room opens to a juliette balcony on a quiet courtyard. In the afternoon the school children would play a while and aside from that there was zero noise in the courtyard. If it's cool, opening the doors allows some fresh air in; if it's hot the AC does a great job of cooling down the apartment. Both the apartment and building are meticulously and spotlessly maintained. The decor is charming and there is lots of storage. Little things like additional toilet paper and other amenities were included. The orientation to the property was thorough and a reference book provided additional insight you might need. Strong Wifi. Any negatives are small and almost inconsequential...the coffee table in the living area is huge taking a lot of space but it is on rollers. The closet door in the master closes too easily creating a banging noise which might annoy the neighbors. There is an elevator but the one set of stairs to get to the apartment are very doable. The property goes down as one of my favs and one I hope to return to in the not so distant future!!!

Santa Cruz quarter is one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods of Seville, bordered by the Cathedral and the arab walls of the Alcázar Palace - Royal residence and stunning example of mudejar architecture.

With its labyrinth of narrow alleys, winding streets and pocket-sized squares, this picturesque neighbourhood transports us back to the time of its historical origins as the Jewish quarter of the city. In spring you will be delighted by the sweet smell of orange blossom in the air.

Find a wide variety of tapas bars, outdoor restaurants and souvenir shops, as you walk among lime-washed houses adorned with their traditional flower-filled balconies, and peer into the hidden courtyards which shade you from the hot Andalucian summer sun.
