South facing the view incorporates the Cap d'Antibes to the East and the islands off Cannes and the Esterelle to the West. Lying within the sought after domaine of Juan Flore, a private landscaped residence with communal swimming pool, the beach is literally a few minutes walk away. Comprehensively equipped, including recently installed air conditioning, free Wifi & a Weber barbecue grill, the apartment has two separate dining tables seating 4 offering the choice of dining in the lounge or outside on the day long sunbathed L shaped balcony with sunshade awning. The open plan lounge has a large comfortable leather sofa, a breakfast bar and swivelling flat screen T.V ( French channels only) . Two double bedrooms, situated at the rear, are adjacent to the bathroom with bath/shower and the independent w.c. Private parking close to the apartment within the domain is offered. With it's close proximity to Juan les Pins, Antibes & Cannes the apartment is ideally located to appreciate all that the Côte d'Azur has to offer, and is the perfect place for a party of 4 wishing to enjoy the South of France in total comfort. A fantastic property, great location, I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The moment we arrived, we were meet by Karen as soon we got out of the taxi. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Brilliant location, great views. Lovely walk ways, beach across the road, great cofree shops around and people were very friendly.

I will be coming back again. Thank you for sharing your property with us, we had a wonderful stay.
